Yeah, it's pretty sad when you know the demographics involved just from the thread title.
The obvious answer is to ban sweet sixteen parties. Violence at sweet sixteen parties is a growing trend and the only effective way to stop it is to stop the parties. No sweet sixteen parties ... no sweet sixteen party violence.
Sad for the family, but sorry, my 15-16 year old is not stay out at a party til midnight.
