SIOUX CENTER, Iowa--Here's where we stand in the final day before the caucuses. According to the latest survey from Public Policy Polling, it looks like a statistical dead heat between Mitt Romney, Ron Paul and Rick Santorum for the top slot in the state.
With a margin of error of plus or minus 2.7 percentage points, Romney leads with 19 percent, followed by Paul with 18 percent and Santorum with 17 percent...

Let us remember the Public Policy Polling is a RAT outfit.
They desperately want Myth to win so nobama has an automatic reelect.
The endgame is Santorum splitting votes so Romney can win just like Fred Thompson did four years ago for McCain.
The splitting of the vote for Romney is in full swing.
Its sad to see conservatives so divided into Perry, Santorum etc.
If Paul wins tomorrow, he and Romney would be at war with each other and the media would bear down on Paul into New Hampshire.
This would allow a conservative regrouping in SC for a win.
Newt would be able to work that state for a possible win.
If Santorum wins, he carries momentum into SC but gets the media anal exam to knock his numbers down. Newt, Perry and Santorum split the vote to allow a Romney win.
Its sad that too many took the Perry bait back in August when conservatives were uniting behind Bachmann and beating Romney.
We’ve gone through a four month show that’s split our votes so Romney can win.
“Newt would be able to work that state for a possible win.”
Replace Newt with Santorum and I agree wholeheartedly. We’ve got our man now, Santorum, and the conservatives need to get behind him to deny Iowa to Romney and Paul.
If accurate (and I have doubts about PPP), this points to a Santorum win.
If true, it’s sad that a guy would win because he has had no negative attacks. Tells us something disappointing about the electorate.
Yes, of course I will support Santorum in the general. I just hope he can handle the crap.
I hear you, though I'm guessing he'll pull 12%, with half of those from nuisance false-flag Democrats.
In the Colorado Caucus (one of the other few caucus states-->Feb 7), you have to be registered GOP 60 days before the caucus.
Iowa figured out by making their colleges very affordable, they could hang on to their young people for a few more years.
And it isn't just the locals. There are reciprocity agreements between Iowa and most of states in the region, so you get a lot of out of staters going to the caucuses in Iowa.
I put a little of that on the backs of Rush Limbaugh and Mark Levin. Neither one of them have the balls to support one particular candidate. Way too cautious for my taste. If these guys are as fiesty and gutsy as they pretend to be on the air, grow some balls and tell us who you like. Get off the dam fence.
“The pro-marijuana lobby is more powerful than you think.”
Hence the vote of Potheads is helping Paul. As are naive youths and people that can’t read or write but we allow to vote anyway. Sorry....I don’t like Paul or 99% of his supporters. So, I’m a little snarky.
No need for apologies, my FRiend.
They are snarky. They act as though we don't know why we oppose their lunatic candidate or that we have no reason not to. That he comes across as certifiably insane is reason enough. Add his foreign policy ideas to the mix and he is 100% unelectable.
I don't oppose the idea of medical marijuana. I'm just not ready to elect Pat Paulson president to acquire it.
