What a childish and petty article.
Why? He makes some good points, and I speak as someone who liked Sarah Palin, but was disappointed in the way she kept stringing people along about her decision whether or not to run. She had quite a few years to decide whether she’d run for president, never understood why she kept needing more time. My guess is, she wanted to keep the spotlight on her as long as possible.
The nit-wit writer fails to mention, that when Palin mentioned Santorum in a tweet several weeks ago(Not an endorsement, but a mention), Rick’s numbers started to climb.
This yokel walked off his last hour of his final radio talk show, leaving his producer to finish the show. He feuded with John and Ken at KFI. He feuds with everybody.
He’s a walking temper tantrum, devoted to Tiger Woods and Sarah Palin. Now he hates her.
I think the author is absolutely right, and I’ve said the same thing about Palin many times on FR. The rabid Palin contingent shouted me down, right up the point where she declined to grace us with a run for president. Palin is like Trump; a shameless self promoter who is in love with her own celebrity. She quit being governor of Alaska to cash in as a TV star and hasn’t looked back. Let her get rich. I have no problem with that. But she needs to stop pretending that she is some kind of deep political thinker or stateswoman who wants to save America. She wants to get richer. Palin is only out for Palin.
Seems to me he is right on the points
Amen to that. Time for this fella to grow up and recognize "it ain't all waitin' on you... That's vanity."
"I try to make a fresh pot at least once a week, even if there's some left over..."
I know.
What a childish and petty article.
My thoughts exactly.
Just go away, John.
Childish and petty? This is a man who went on a limb for her. I agree with every single thing he says. This last thing with Bachmann is outrageous. She lost so much of her credibility. I didn’t even know that she asked for money and now keeps it. Shame on her. And shame on you for having blinders on and not admitting that maybe, just maybe, you are wrong.
I disagree...my opinion of Palin agrees almost 100% with this column. The only difference is my opinion was formed at the time she resigned as governor rather than after she teased her supporters for over three years.
Palin has, as they say, "jumped the shark".
