Romney ties his dog to the roof of his car in an airtight kennel?! (And laughs about it: VIDEO)

Watch the video.

Romney laughs almost the entire video. Although it was against the law to transport people or animals on top of vehicles, Romney's excuse was that he didn't know about the law.

Nevermind the fact that the dog had diarrhea in the kennel during the trip.

there are NO personal anecdotes or stories of or about Obama, EVER !?

There’s the one. Larry says he paid for Obama to pick up some crack, and after the bj, Obama says Larry was the best he’d had.

The offending vehicle. An 80's vintage Caprice Estate.

Who cares? I mean really?? Dogs ride in the back of pick-up trucks all the time. Good grief. This is sometimes the most stupid country I have ever seen.

I know that Romney is part of a small 15% of Mormons who form a more secret portion of the religions leadership, and that is why the girl’s parents were forbidden to witness her marriage, after she was converted by her Governor, and married to Mitt Romney.

I am curious if a President Romney would at some point have to bring in special secret service agents who are part of that secretive Mormon group. Could that ever arise during his Presidency?

If you think this is OK, then go back and retread how the dog spewed all over the car. The only reason a dog would do that is if it is under extreme stress.

This guy is an is either an ass hole, or an idiot. And it doesn’t really matter which. It’s about character. This is the kind of guy that would cut you loose in a second, and not miss a second of sleep.

Do you really think that is a character trait you want in a President?

And is that the type of character flaw that can be corrected.

Maybe that’s exactly why the dog was not inside the car.

criticize him for his policies

Criticize with what it takes to stick and slow him down or he’s the one that will be representing the constitution for those who care about that (forced on us by the ruling class). Chip away, chip away, he deserves it all. By the way, not everyone has heard of this before.

My dog has vomited, and had diarhhea, more times than I can count. At no time has he been on top of the car.

The fact that a dog vomits does not, in itself, prove any undue stress was on him.

I am not defending animal abuse. I just don’t think this necessarily was.

Any allegation can be made. But I think my dog, for one, would LOVE to be up there in a dog crate. That’s just my dog. Perhaps Mr. Romney’s dog was miserable. But we don’t know that.

Only the special people are allowed into the temple. “temple worthy” About 15% of mormons make it to that status, there is a list of rules to be followed to the letter.
As a side note Romney, Reid and Hunstmas are all ‘worthy’.

Okay....your point is not lost on me.

But allow me to present my argument.

This “kennel” thing is really a big animal carrier. Any of us who have pets know what these things are. These are not “kennels”, like stationary buildings as we consider.

As to being “airtight”, well how on earth could that be? The animal needs air to breathe so that description has got to be dishonest.

Now it could be that this animal carrier didn’t have any kind of openings like many animal carriers do as most need some sort of door type of thing to, ahem, insert the animal into the carrier. Most of these door entries have bars or some sort of screening to allow air to enter, of course, but to also allow humans to look into the thing to see how the pet is doing.

So I don’t get Romney’s description of “air tight” but maybe he means the thing had no kind of opening. As to how they actually put the dog in the thing, well that’s another question.

Friend, first thing I think, and I’m not a millionaire running for president, as I arrange for this thing to be strapped onto the roof of my car, with my dog inside, is how this thing is going to terrify the poor pet.

It ain’t rocket science.

And indeed, as this anecdote goes, Romney did discover after many miles and evidently checking on the poor pooch, the scared dog had crapped all inside the carrier. Crapping all over the place is how dogs express terror so, indeed, my initial instinct as I asserted as would be my concern before even battening down that first strap was correct. Anybody owns a dog would know that putting it in a carrier on top of the roof of a speeding car would terrify it.

But hey, we all make mistakes though this is a really dumb one for a millionaire wants to be president to make but we’ll allow.

But he LAUGHS ABOUT IT!

Man I’d be so filled with remorse that I’d so stupidly put my dog through such a thing the last thing I’d do would be to laugh.

Maybe it’s nothing but by me it really says something about this very smart man who wants to be president that a)he was dumb enough to do such a thing and b)after learning that he made a mistake, which we all do, he laughed at the terror his poor helpless dog went through for so many miles.

Goodness...Newt ought to make a campaign commercial showing a terrified dog and a laughing Romney.

Americans understand such as their beloved dogs.

Not airtight. The carrier had a windshield.

Good try on Romney’s defense, but this story has already been described and played down by the Romney’s many times, and they gave the reason why they put the dog up there, your excuse has never been offered, it is too late to try and pass off that defense for Romney.

I think the most horrible thing is that he soaked the poor thing and put him BACK up there. The poor thing must have been freezing AND terrified.

I think it is chilling to think about, and is different than a kennel in a truck bed. That and his religion are things that I can’t forget. I will keep donating for a not-Romney to win the nomination.

Catch how he said the dog spent lots of time in the carrier @ home. He kept that big dog crated! What a creep. And the sniveling response. And sure, dogs hate being with their families. He'd much rather be alone with the wind buffeting him.

I hate him for the Amirault cowardice. This just confirms his lack of character.

Yep-—animal cruelty can indicate a pathology——in fact, that is what is bothering me about Romney-—he seems so emotionally vacant—robotic.

All the serial killers were cruel to animals. Then there was Hitler....hmmmm—but he was a sexual pervert just like most serial killers, so, although Hitler had great respect for dogs, he had a deep, deep hatred for human beings, particularly himself, and continually defiled his body and that of others and had a deep resentment of God’s design of man.

Pathology is evident in behavior, if studied closely.
