UPDATE: An Alabama Court has announced that it will hear arguments as to whether Barack Hussein Obama II is in fact eligible to appear on the State Presidential Primary Ballot.

Several Alabama citizens have filed a lawsuit within the Alabama Circuit Court to "prevent certification of President Barack Obama for 2012 Alabama ballot access pending final hearing based on factual evidentiary hearings."

Does not matter if legally married or not. If the fogbot argument would apply then all those professional athletes who have multiple baby mamas and babies wouldn’t be vulnerable to those paternity lawsuits filed against them for child support...

My personal opinion is that it is the BIOLOGICAL father that matters, but as screwy as the legal system is nowadays, who can say what some judge will decide? In any case, I think we should argue that regardless of who the "legal father" is, Barry is NOT a natural born citizen.

Obama Exposer exposed BB, who was subsequently zotted. Read OE’s exposed comment. No fanfare. Click BB’s nasty little name and you will see.

Thanks to OE!

I would have pinged you but I couldn’t remember how to spell your name and I was in a rush...

I’m flattered that you’ve clearly spent so much time obsessing about me and building this dossier. Do what you want with it. Obviously you had an agenda when you went through my 6000+ posts.

Well Bubbba the retread... I was just hoping to find one good thing you said about a single Republican, one thing you posted that showed you are a conservative, one time that you said a single bad thing about the Kenyan Marxist and I couldn’t find a one and neither could anyone else that has checked out your past posting history.

If big MO or Barry did something, you always made sure you posted that Bush, Reagan or some Republican did it worse.

Now I was surprised that you admitted you are retread and your old name was Heyworth.

“You want to know who I am? Fine. I’m Heyworth. Want to go tell on me? Go for it. It won’t do a thing for your credibility around here. Now, I’ve told you who I am.

well HELLO, Heyworth,

where ya’ll been???

i was WRONG. i finally guessed that you were “modernman”, another of the BANNED...

I also found your posts defending Muslims and Palestinians interesting.

These were the funniest because I’m wondering what makes you think this and how you would know “it feels good”:

Other Freeper said to you:
“In any event, what possible natural reason could there be for a male inserting his organ into another male’s rear opening? Whether animal or human?”

and You said:
“It feels good?”

Disgusting

...it could be a judge's order to amend or replace barry's birth certificate.

That seems the most logical conclusion and, although the missing page would not depict a BC, deleting an entire page that set out a birthplace would be in furtherance of the court's order. Just as important to these actors, deleting the entire page as opposed to redacting a single entry, avoids highlighting the birth issue. (As you know, it has been argued elsewhere that since there are copies of the filing extant there may be an opportunity to blackmail the U.S. president.)

Attorney van Orion stipulates in his GA action that birthplace is not relevant. Since he knows from the record of the Soetero divorce the father was a transitory foreigner, there is no obvious reason for him to request HI birth documents - unless it would satisfy his purpose to receive any response, or non-response, from HI.

To your point, if HI produces copies of original birth documents, the birthplace will possibly be redacted “by court order”; in which event, van Orion solves the eligibility issue in two ways.

First, under any adoption scheme applicable to this case there is little chance a birth document has been altered to provide for any other state in the U.S.

Secondly, any other state holding such evidence ought to be required by its own judicial system, if necessary, to deny ballot access by finding the candidate had failed to qualify. (Likewise, of course, if HI fails to respond with suitable documents within the time set out by those states for establishing qualification.) States requiring sworn Certificates of Eligibility - such as that enacted in NH as recently as 2010 - would have an even stronger basis for denial.

Funny that you should mention that, because it has been discussed quite a bit that the Certification of Obama for the Hawaiian ballot was different from that of the other 49 states, and also it is interesting that the Democrat Party of Hawaii did not certify him unlike all prior cases in which they DID certify their Presidential candidate.

A lot of this has been taken to mean that not only did Nancy Pelosi know something not Kosher is up, but so does the Democrat Party of Hawaii. ;)

We have to deal with reasonable arguments.

If Kenya declared Obama is a Kenyan citizen, that would be reasonable. He was born to a Kenyan citizen.

If Russia declared Obama a Russian citizen, that would be unreasonable. He has no connection to Russia, other than his Marxist ideology.

So Dr.Conspiracy, what did you mean when you said,

“Obama’s eligibility is a fascinating, rich and multi-layered story with twists and turns and surprising connections.”

However, so much of that story was received in confidence that I don’t think I can write it, at least not now.

http://www.obamaconspiracy.org/2012/01/the-georgia-birther-ballot-challenge/

Many of us have received Obama’s story in confidence. You seem to be working to deflect any attention away from it so you can what, write a book? Are you getting paid by Obama to make it go away or appear to go away?

So what are the limits on citizenships for a president?

Obama had Kenya citizenship as an adult. Born a dual citizen. Adopted and raised as an Indonesian citizen.

How many citizenships is one too many for a president? Where do you draw the line?

I never thought about it, but apparently you do... pervert liberal, that’s all you are and you fool only the foolish.

Who’s your favorite GOP candidate and why what things do you hate the most about the Kenyan usurper?

I was asked a question and I guessed what the answer was. But apparently you're the one who broods on gay sexual practices and does deep research to uncover my opinions of them. But tell me, do you have a different idea of why they do certain things? Or is a just a mystery, like why pigeons find their way home and the swallows come back to Capistrano?

You remind me of an old story: Two monks are on a pilgrimage and they come to a river where a beautiful young woman is trying to cross. The old monk carries her across on his shoulders, puts her down on the other side and they go their separate ways. The younger monk can't get over it, and when they finally stop for the night he asks, "What was it like, touching a woman, feeling her thighs against your cheeks?" The older monk said, "You tell me. I put her down hours ago, but you've been carrying her all day." I answered a question on a thread years ago, but you've been thinking about it for how long now?

As for my favorite candidate right now, it's probably Gingrich. I think he's the smartest one of the bunch and knows how to get things done in Washington. I think he'd make a better president than any of the others. I also like some of what Paul says on the domestic side, but he's more of the jester speaking truth than an actual person I'd vote for.

What I dislike about Obama? Arrogance, ignorance, obliviousness, tone-deafness and an inability to actually function in the role that a majority of voters (God help us) elected him to do. He needs to go, but I'm not sure that Romney would be much better, since most of those attributes I just listed as disliking in Obama could also be said of Mitt.

LOL, nice try, no cigar. Go back and find me ONE, just one post where you ever said one thing derogatory about the Kenyan. You have spent years defending him, YEARS so don’t try that crap with me, it won’t fly and you know it.

Now to the fag thing, I haven’t spent years thinking about it. Are you that dumb? I only saw it yesterday evening.
