Eric Holder will be busy for a while filing counter lawsuits to put pressure on any state that tries to honestly verify Obama’s credentials.

Look what he is doing to Sheriff Joe and Arizona.

I so hope his eligibility becomes contagious amoung the states.

Theoretically it shouldn't help Holder to file lawsuits at this time to prevent States from determining Obama's credentials. Alabama has the right to know whether or not Obama is truly qualified to be on the ballot. Alabama could accept the lawsuit, and still declare Obama ineligible because of a lack of valid credentials being presented. If that happened, there wouldn't be time for a normal appeals process, it would be hyper tracked to the U.S. Supreme Court. All it would take for a monumental cat fight would be for one, and only ONE state to declare him ineligible and this hits the USSC muy pronto!
