This shouldn’t surprise anyone. Bolton is a Beltway guy who views everything thru a foreign affairs lens.

This is, however, a blow to Gingrich. I guess he won’t be Newt’s Sec of State now.

No, it shouldn't.

Bolton supports the sham of homosexual "marriage" and runs from the moral questions of abortion.

He's probably to the left of Romney. Wait. Sorry. That's not possible.

It's for sure a downer for Newt that Romney looks like a bigger warmonger than he is himself.

As for Bolton, he could find a job at any number of think tanks and have as much influence as SoS under Gingrich. Which is to say, none.

This does not make sense to me. "Foreign affairs lens" , Romney is only better than Paul on the foreign affairs issue. I think that Bolton jumped too soon.
