I know you lack fundamental comprehension skills so maybe you can find someone who can think to explain this to you.

Because you are not known for your brilliance, but rather, for insulting people, why don't you donate a $ to the FReepathon for every Perry-supporting, former-Freepathon-supporting, FReeper you have run off with your big mouth.

I know of 30 that you helped run off...among them several monthly donors.

Put your money where your mouth is!

I want smaller government. That will mean changing the way Washington does business.

Gov.Perry is a big government guy; the Texas state budget has exploded while he has been in office. Rick Santorum is a big government guy, too; he will not back away from supporting earmarks or all the expensive goodies he voted for when in Congress.

What they say they will do as President doesn’t matter worth squat - because their records demonstrate otherwise.

The U.S. is over FIFTEEN TRILLION $$ IN DEBT. Reread that a few times until it sinks in. It is an enormous amount of money, and the nation is drowning in debt. When a middle-class citizen is elected to Congress and returns home 20 years later a multimillionaire, it is due to corruption in government. The taxpayer should not see the money they pay to the Federal government going to enrich any government servant.

Neither man has, IMO, any real intention of changing Washington. Most importantly, neither has sufficient knowledge as to how Washington works to effect the necessary changes to our government. In other words, the next President will have to know where the bodies are buried and the skeletons hidden in order to excavate and remove the corruption.

I have no animus towards the two gentlemen mentioned above nor towards their supporters. It is quite simply that I believe we need a candidate with a different set of skills and qualifictions combined with a ferocious intellect. Basically, I want Winston Churchill, but since he’s dead, Newt Gingrich will have to do.

Gov.Perry is a big government guy; the Texas state budget has exploded while he has been in office.

">

Given that the Texas economy has grown so much and private sector jobs have grown so much, that doesn't strike me as an unsustainable growth in the public sector.

But, just in case you're really worried about it, you can lay your fears to rest because in the last year the Texas public sector has shrunk by 26,000 jobs. In the last 12 months, Texas lost 31,300 federal employees, trimmed 3,800 state jobs, and increased local government jobs by 8,400 jobs.

(To be fair, this was partially driven by the role Texas employees played in the census, which inflated federal job numbers this time last year. Since the census numbers stabilized, federal employment has been at about break-even.) Source

Misfire: Romney Ad Targets Rick Perry's Jobs Record "I think it's safe to say the Romney campaign is going for the kill with its latest attack on Rick Perry. The former Massachusetts Governor has already gotten a fair amount of mileage out of attacking his Texan rival from the left on Social Security, and from the right on immigration, but this new spot strikes at the heart of the Perry campaign's raison detre -- jobs, jobs, jobs:

snip]

The spot's most striking image is a tumbleweed blowing along a deserted Texas highway. That's rich. It's intended to create the impression that Rick Perry's Texas is something of a depressed ghost town. Nothing could be further from the truth. Since the recession began, desperate job seekers have flocked to Texas at a clip of roughly 1,000 people per day. And they're finding work, too. Despite a huge population influx and a bruising national recession, Texas' unemployment rate remains below the national average. How remarkable has the Lone Star State's economic performance been? Read this Political Math analysis (written by a self-professed non Perry supporter), and marvel. One telling data point:

What we’re facing as a nation has not been addressed correctly in Texas.

Drive the illegal aliens out of the state and back over the border or they will become a problem like they have for California. Then Gov.Perry will have my attention. He won’t do so because he is owned by a Globalist political faction.

Globalist, what?

It is all about money and power.

Globalsim v. Anti-Globalism (Global Social Justice).

Gov.Romney is the candidate for the elitist Republicans who are, in essense, supporters of Globalism.

President Obama, a Marxist-Leninist Muslim, is the champion of the Global Social Justice league (communism in one of its many aspects).

Per Wikipedia: Globalism can have at least two different and opposing meanings. One meaning is the attitude or policy of placing the interests of the entire world above those of individual nations. Another is viewing the entire world as a proper sphere for one nation to project political influence.

The Republicans and Wall Street together have combined the two definitions in an attempt to dominate international commerce, the monetary structure, and establish a New World Order for projecting military control. This is neither conservative nor liberal in orientation and both Democrats and Regpublicans have been involved over the decades, until Obama arrived on the scene.

Who is their rival, trying to subvert and seize control to alter the eventual structure and purpose of this New World Order?

Global Social Justice or, you could say, Communism all grown-up and combined with the quest for an Islamic Caliphate brought about through the United Nations. (Both are antagonists, and eventually will try to destroy one another).

BHO2 is the movement’s puppet. Leo Gerard, via the International Labor Unions (plus Russia, perhaps?), is one of the puppet masters and together are the driving force behind this group as it stands now.

These two groups are struggling to see who controls the U.S. government because it is in the way of establishing a New World Order. What that NWO will finally look like, fascist or Marxist/Islamic, is still up in the air.

Mind you, I’ve distilled the scenario down to its molecular level and there exist many groups playing minor roles in this struggle. And it IS a struggle, with dire results for U.S. Conservatives if they don’t choose the right champion for the American people.

Neither group gives a damn about the rights of individuals. The common man, or woman, on the street is just a “unit” to be taxed or obliterated, it matters not to them.

The last thing that either group wants is for conservatives with Bibles and guns asserting their God-given rights and demanding that Washington, D.C., changes how it does business.

Jobs are very important, but it isn’t the whole picture.

I think you now understand what I meant by wanting to elect Winston Churchill!

You are an anti-Perry poster. I will respond with this.

Gov. Perry wants the border sealed, drug cartels killed off and NO amnesty.

Gov. Perry and Texas have had to realistically deal with the mess wrought on border states by Federal action and inaction. There is no more we can do to alleviate the problem with the Fed's foot on our neck.

Every request is met with silence, scorn or a bandaid. Every legal challenge is met with the US Attorney Gen. and Federal Courts tying the state up in court. Federal immigration laws on the books are ignored and/or become a financial burden on the state and businesses.

The Truth Found a Voice in Rick Perry

1. When did it become the states' responsibility, not the feds, to protect the border?

2. Perry is the candidate with the least commection to the "elite establishment."

3. Who do you support?

4. Where do you live?

Another gross exaggeration.

What donation did he get from Merck?

I guess you Perry haters have no regard for MD Anderson. What does a cancer reserach center know compared to people who have learned all they know from people on the internet, who know all they know from people on the internet?!

You're pathetic.

If I recall correctly, 10 or so PerryBots received the zot -- banned from this forum for being the wankers that they are. Are you going to suggest Jim pony up because they were? lol!

And I do contribute to FR and do do so because I want to, not because some crybaby PerryWankers chose to leave and certainly not because one of the remaining PerryWankers suggest I do.

Have a nice day.

Ahh! So you were counting? Not surprised...seemed at the time you all were trying to get Perry people zotted. It was so bad for a while people thought JR was sick and the mods were running the joint.

You can add about 20 more long-time FReepers that I know of who left voluntarily because they were no longer allowed to express an opinion without harrassment.

Take a bow...but you are only one several who contributed more damage than you are aware of to FR and JR.

No, I was guessing.

Not surprised...seemed at the time you all were trying to get Perry people zotted.

The only people trying to get your fellow PerryWankers zotted was your fellow PerryWankers and they were successful.

It was so bad for a while people thought JR was sick and the mods were running the joint.

Sounds as though you don't like the way this forum is being run which means your complaint is with the proprietors. If you don't like that your fellow PerryWankers got the zot try registering your complaint with the proper party.

You can add about 20 more long-time FReepers that I know of who left voluntarily because they were no longer allowed to express an opinion without harrassment.

Again you are complaining about the way this forum is run. If you have complaints, register them with JR or go to Wankers.com where you will fit right in.

Take a bow...but you are only one several who contributed more damage than you are aware of to FR and JR.

Your opinion of me is irrelevant. But I have to believe that if the proprietors agreed it would be me who got the zot and not your fellow wankers.

Have a nice night.

Your opinion of me is irrelevant.

I can buy that because I feel exactly the same way about you. I don't care about people who can't accept responsibility for their actions. You twist words around to make it look like you didn't say the things you have said, while accusing others of saying things they didn't say. Is that a conscious effort on your part or sub-conscious?

The problem ...and the problem you have contributed to FR and JR...is there are a lot of people who have the same opinion of you... and several others who were on a "ping list."

Thank you for continuing to exibit what you are known for...rude, crude, socially unacceptable behavior.

BTW, I don't care who does or who doesn't get zotted.

Cheers~

Says the poster who publicly calls others names that, w/o the use of special characters would be deleted and possibly result in you being zotted.

You're not only a dolt, you're a hypocritical dolt.

Cheers back at you.

They are not inaccurate.

It is all about money and power.

Gov. Romney is the candidate of choice for the elitist Republicans who are, in essense, supporters of Globalism. The Democratic Party too, have been Globalists only
they’ve been double-crossed by communists in their own party.

President Obama, a Marxist-Leninist Muslim, is the champion of Global Social Justice (communism in one of its many aspects) allied with radical Islam.

A definition of Globalism per Wikipedia: Globalism can have at least two different and opposing meanings. One meaning is the attitude or policy of placing the interests of the entire world above those of individual nations. Another is viewing the entire world as a proper sphere for one nation to project political influence.

The power players in this nation, including Wall Street, together have combined the two definitions in an attempt to dominate international commerce, the monetary structure, and establish a New World Order for projecting military control. BHO2 is the movement’s puppet. Leo Gerard, via the International Labor Unions (plus Russia, perhaps?), is one of the puppet masters. Together, they are visible face of this force as it stands now.

These two groups, the Globalists and the anti-Globalists, are struggling to see who controls the U.S. government. Why? Because this democratic republic is in the way of establishing a New World Order. What that NWO will finally look like, fascist or Marxist/Islamic, is still up in the air.

I don’t want another Texas governor who is a political whore in the White House. He is supported by the rich Globalsits in Texas, who want to keep their bank accounts filled at the expense of the liberties of the common man and woman in this nation. Why do you think they keep allowing millions of Mexicans to come in and work below legal wages? If you can’t see this, you’re blind.
