The Hill ^ | January 13th

Posted on 01/15/2012 5:12:43 PM PST by Halfmanhalfamazing

Democrats have taken the lead in a generic congressional ballot for the first time since being washed out of office by Republicans in the 2010 election, according to a Democracy Corps survey released Friday.

...

Fifty-three percent said they were increasingly displeased with Republicans in Congress, and the same amount said they were turned off by the increasingly contentious GOP presidential primary.

Why has the GOP primary season been contentious? BECAUSE THE ESTABLISHMENT HAS BEEN WORKING HAND IN HAND WITH THE MEDIA TO NUKE ANY GOOD CONSERVATIVE CANDIDATE!!! Good Grief!

I've been saying since 2008 that the establishment would rather see progressives get elected than conservatives, and here it is. Romney is their guy, and they'll do whatever it takes to get him nominated, they'll smear anybody they can.

This is what we get for thinking we could cross the republicans, they're going to nuke some of our great conservative congress people too.

For the establishment, it's big government republicans or bust!

State by state, newly drawn district by newly drawn district, that’s all that counts.

A Romney candidacy will depress the base and place the House in jeopardy.

Not according to Rasmussen who has been keeping good pulse on this issue. GOP is leading by 5 or 6 pts.

I am disappointed because they have not listened to the Tea Party folks. However I can work to replace them which will give courage to folks to continue what the Tea Party folks started. I am not worried about losing the House but adding more folks with courage to do the right thing.

Uh huh.

The establishment is going to keep nuking ANY conservative candidate, even into the general. They’ve already proven they’ll gladly do it too, ask Christine O’Donnell, Sharon Angle, or Joe Miller.

The republicans are petulant. It’s that simple. They’d rather have bearded marxists in the senate than conservative females.

I did my part to double cross “the establishment”. I voted for Perry here in Iowa. I suggest to all reading this to do your part to double cross “the establishment”. Vote for whomever you want, don’t take orders from anyone.

I voted for Santorum myself; they are all flawed candidates but the last thing the nation needs is another USSC appointment like Kagan. I like to think the GOP voters will be smart enought to realize this even though many of them (to include myself) are not enamored of Romney.

“I am disappointed because they have not listened to the Tea Party folks.”

The tea party, which happens to represent my feelings
more then any other group, has been trashed and marginalized to no end.
The sniveling red diaper doper baby Marxist refer to them as teabagers, as in the sexual sense.

This is why I am thankful that I am retired and able to live far away.
I fear that MY America is finished.
The Communist media and Republican turncoat leftist are pushing us over a cliff as fast as they can.
