My rankings:
1.) Newt - Best in Class.
2.) Perry - His single best debate performance.
3.) Romney - Took a lot of big hits, but was slick many times. Laser focus on BO.
4.) Santorum - Started good, finished up looking like Big Government Rick.
5.) Paul - He gained no votes tonight, and lost many.

Those same charts also said that Ron Paul was fantastic on everything, so that should tell you something. Romney actually did very well on most things while Paul, as usual, was a disaster on everything. Perry did very well and was given poor remarks. That “feedback” is clearly engineered by Paulbots.

As a Santorum supporter, there is no question Gingrich won this debate so decisively that all the others were left behind in the dust. Were I in SC, I would probably vote for Gingrich on Saturday. I still think Santorum would be a good president, but his chances are too remote. Great honest post,thanks.
