Mitt was hurt the worst and will likely cost him SC. He came across as an empty suit reciting the same old stump speeches.

Let me say this about Newt when I listen to him; HE MAKES ME BELIEVE IN AMERICA AGAIN!!!

He speaks to common sense and also has a such a command of the issue that I feel safe handing the reigns of government to him.

Luntz said, Newts standing ovation was the first time he ever saw that. I was wondering if it has happened before?

There’s a lot to like about Perry but I’m afraid Obama would get the best of him in debates.

If Perry got the nomination and puked on his shoes during a debate with Obama, I would still vote for him.

Mitt Romney first up with Hannity.

I would never have guessed that.

Romney comes off as reactionary. To be honest, I know he’s a smart guy, but he doesn’t come across as the sharpest tool in the shed. I think it’s his lack of original thought.

Newt comes off like a steam locomotive, get out of the way or get run over. Even though Newt isn’t a Lawyer, he obviously knows the first rule an Attorney follows when in the Courtroom, never ask a question that you don’t know the answer to. Newt knows all the answers.

I love Perry and Santorum because I want a POTUS that has morals, values and a true belief in God, but Newt really did great and he is a God fearing man, and has what it takes to whip the crap out of Obozo when it counts. But to be honest, I would vote for any of these 3 over Romney, to me Romney is a step above Obozo. The other 3 are above and beyond. (and RuPaul, well what can ya say about a dementia patient?)

Newt is quick on his feet, can clearly articulate things, and a good debater. That has gotten him to the support level he currently has.

However, he comes across not so well with the general public. Even tonite, I was loving Newt’s zingers, especially on Juan Williams. But the visuals don;t play well to the average American. (Nixon/Kennedy Debates). Newt looks angry and uneven.

But the biggest issue which will prevent Newt from winning the nomination, is he doesn’t have a good campaign organization. Too many ongoing mistakes. Virginia primary is one of the most visibile. But they have dropped the ball in SC several times in just the last few days. Missing town halls, being late for events, messed up media teleconferences, etc.

I wish Newt would start a media matters type organization like Bozell.

I have a new campaign motto for Newt:

BEAT ME IF YOU CAN! SURVIVE IF I LET YOU!!

“Newt probably edged Romney,”

Newt steamrolled Romney.

“End the end, this won’t change much.”

This will change a lot. Even South Carolinians know the difference between a moose and an elk.

I wonder if Newt came out and said “If I win, Palin is going to be my VP...” and Sarah came out and said “I would take the job”... I wonder if that team of conservative non-Romneys could actually beat Romney in the primaries.
