I have worked with political people for along time and there have been two traits I have found in those I admire and they are a love of history and a love for their wives. Rick Perry adores his wife, he loves freedom and he loves his Lord.
I hope we have not seen the end of Rick Perry.
Saw it, I have a tear in my eye. I pray for the best for our country.
Made us realize what a fantastic opportunity we lost to have a truly great man running the country.
What a total class act.
A beautiful speech to end his run.
“He was a man, take him for all and all, we shall not look upon his like again.”
At least not this time.

Budget was only balanced because of the bogus cut in doctor pay, never happened.
Avoid disinformation from closet MythBots
Gingrich balanced 3 budgets and forced Welfare Reform onto Clinton.
Each of those 3 years included real payments down on the principal of the Debt.
It hasn’t been done since.

I agree with Marcella on Col. West. That would be one way to get me interested in his ticket. Maybe he’ll go with Rubio....
But I am still betting Romney will be the candidate.
