EXCERPT

Paraphrasing Marianne Gingrich’s account, Mr. Ross said, “He came to her and said I want to stay married to you and still have an affair with Callista.” Marianne said Mr. Gingrich asked her “share” him, Mr. Ross said. That was unacceptable to her and the marriage ended.

Yet it wasn’t unacceptable for her to cheat with Newt on the previous wife....

If this is true, it’s actually a brilliant move. She asked for the divorce...not him. Doesn’t that help with alimony and stuff? But, then again, if this is true, why are his kids on HIS side?

I am always amazed when a women cheats with a married man and then thinks he will never cheat on her.

She broke up a marriage, another women broke up her marriage and now she is angry all this time later.

When a man leaves his wife for a mistress she should expect the same thing to her - it’s called poetic justice.

Why does no one care about winning the states after SC?

Because if Romney wins SC, he will be coronated, and there will be no need to be concerned about the other 47 states.

This is the proverbial line in the sand, Custer's Last Stand, the Alamo, the Battle of the Bulge.

ABC Spews knows the shelf life of this interview is extremely short, and the reports that it "agonized over the ethics of this decision" are laughable.

“The diff is that Gingrich asked.
Clinton just did it anyway.
Oh, forgot, dim-bulb-crats don’t have moral restrictions.”

Looks like Newt doesn’t either.
Sorry, but the hypocrisy smells to high heaven.

I don’t personally care if Newt wanted an open marriage. That’s between him and his wife, but to sell yourself as a conservative family values candidate in public, while privately doing the opposite, that’s just being dishonest.

At least he has the balls and honesty to ask her.

I have a lot less respect for any spouse that would make the "open marriage" suggestion than those who skulk around. At least the skulkers appear to understand the concept of shame. Isn't fidelity supposed to be some kind of, I don't know...vow? To ask such a question of a spouse, to say, essentially, "I have so little regard and respect for you that I want you to know of my intention to break my vows and I encourage you to do the same..." Yeah. I think Newt's idea of conservative principles differs slightly from mine.

"Turn out the lights. As much as I like Newt’s ideas in todays world he’s toast."

No he's not. And there's no alternative, so, you might want to reconsider your comment(?).......

Santorum and Perry need to drop-out and put all their support with Newt. Romney is NOT an option.

"Romney has won it now. This stinks."

No he hasn't. And if Romney buys the nomination, he will lose in a landslide to Obama. With ease.

This is getting wackier by the minute. This Newt cat has some weird issues, and I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw the ol' pudgeball, but...

...looking strictly on the level of savage political power plays and the requisite mudslinging, what to say but "Go Newt".

The best thing the GOP could do is remove the halo and wing it towards the heads of the rat party. You know, like Oddjob did with his hat.

***Oh, forgot, dim-bulb-crats don’t have moral restrictions.***

Reminds me of Grover Cleveland who had a illegitimate child in the Victorian morality era. the Republicans conned the phrase...”Ma, Ma, Where's my Pa?”

After Cleveland got elected President his party members shot back...”Gone to the White House, Ha ha ha!”

Oh by the way, Cleveland was a Democrat.

Bill Clinton practiced an open marriage! That was OKEEEDOKEEE with the media and Mrs.Clinton.

So what we have here is outrage because his wife was a prudish non-lesbian woman with a low libido? Well, that's a 99% group.

We already know he was never going to get the support of independent women and he certainly can’t afford to lose the support of conservative women. Why does no one care about winning the states after SC?

What about men who take marital vows seriously?

What about people who take conservatism seriously?

What about conservatives who have been fighting against the corrupt Washington establishment for years?
