Whoever The GOP Nominee, Obama Must Be Defeated

Election '12: As Mitt Romney's loss in Iowa to Rick Santorum shatters the "historic" mantra, Rick Perry withdraws to endorse the former House speaker. The fat lady has not yet sung.

What a difference 24 hours can make in the political arena. One minute Romney looks to be sailing toward the GOP nomination with a third straight win in South Carolina's primary. Now it may only be one of three.

We may never really know who won the Iowa caucuses, but we do know that Romney's "historic" wins in both the Iowa caucuses and the New Hampshire primary deserve an asterisk next to them.

His eight-vote election-night win over Rick Santorum in the Hawkeye state has now been certified as a 34-vote loss. Results from eight precincts are missing — any of which could hold an advantage for Romney — and may never be recovered and certified.

Nor was the withdrawal of Perry from the race, coupled with an enthusiastic endorsement of Newt Gingrich, good news for the presumptive front-runner, wary of the "not Romney" vote coalescing into a majority.

Politics ain't beanbag, it's been said, and all the candidates have taken body blows — some fair, some not — from their opponents and a media establishment that, in addition to President Obama's billion-dollar war chest, will be hard for the GOP nominee to overcome.

Perry had his Gardasil and illegal tuition attacks from Michele Bachmann. Gingrich lost his lead when 45% of the ads run in Iowa attacked him on issues such as a consulting gig for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Hate to be blunt but thar kind of thinking is just plain bullshit. Just think about the Supreme Court you f-ing dumb ass.

There’s no way Romney would appoint as leftist a justice as Obama will.

I’m not asking for forgiveness of the bad language...that’s just how pissed I am at that line of thinking

Willard the Lib and Architect of ObamneyCare LOST Iowa. Period.

Gotta love our GOP Establishment in Iowa --

Romney up by 8 votes = "Romney win!"

Santorum up by 20+ votes = "Split decision."

Those pricks are as dangerous to the Republic as the Marxist _resident in our White House.

It boils down to how do we do this without any form of positive identification system?

Well, you could start by sending the TSA employees back to guarding parking lots and employ Israeli strategists to design our transport and border security, sh*t can government unions a-la-Reagan, dump the cross-agency brickwalling (Jamie Gorlick comes to mind) by recreating our intelligence agencies, starting with driving a stake through the BATFE. Give Justice and Treasury a top to bottom enema... well, that's just in the first few weeks of Newt's presidency.

Romney may not be the perfect candidate

Yeah, Romney would appoint a conservative pro-abortion, pro-faggot, pro-obama care gun-grabber.

Just what we need.

There’s no way Romney would appoint as leftist a justice as Obama will.

Romney would appoint a leftist Justice for balance and because he is "president of all the people, not just conservatives" and besides, the judges he appointed in Massachusetts should be instructive. He has a record in that matter and it is LEFT.

If Mr. Romney believes anything at all it is that government experts are more capable than anyone else in any and every field. ROMNEY WILL BRING ON THE TOTAL STATE FASTER THAN THE KENYAN CAN. The only point where Romney might be better than the kenyan is in Foreign Policy where he is not a Sunni Moslem and will put his personal power and wealth ahead of the advancement of Islam. No Romney no way. I don't have to vote for a socialist just because he has a Republican label in the neck of his shirt. An Obama-Romney contest is the dream of the Left, two Democrats running for the Presidency. If the camo Democrat were to win it would be no setback at all for the Left or for Democrats. They would get the office back in 4 years easily and would already have had the House and Senate for two years. After that and an expedited Romney Amnesty and citizenship for all there will be be no more Republicans in national office. They wouldn't build a monument to Romney on Red Square (formerly the Mall) in DC but they should.

Reagan wasn't 100%.

Romney is 0 % or even negative because he will advance The Revolution faster than the kenyan even can. He will get things through the Republican congress that Obama cannot just because he is an organizational Republican rather than a properly labeled Democrat.

Like a typical liberal, when Romney’s lips are moving he is lying.

What if refusing to vote for Romney (I don't like him either) allowed obozo back into the “white hut” and he appointed his good friend Bill Ayers to the Supreme Court........... just think about that for a while. I would vote for Romney OR Ron Paul if either was the Republican nominee before I'd stay home or write someone in who wasn't running .......

What’s sad is that all the righteous Reaganites here in Mo-town Utah just think Mitt is the kitties titties. I just shake my head. Mitt jumped into the 2002 olympics scandal just in time to pull gov Leavitt’s ass out of the grand jury.

Corruption... equal distribution of the sons of bitches.

And all the Mo’s love him because he’s a home town boy. Just like Pennsylvanian homie Mo Hatch. Go figure.

It is a shame that anyone who considers themselves a conservative can’t see through Romney like he was made of glass.

That's why you'd never take only one mo fishing - he'll drink all your beer.

These folk are sold on Romney, even in their almost universal detestment of the kenyan.

It's quite unnerving. Maybe they're spreading their forgiveness of Brother Hairy Reid. Who knows?

Now that Bill & Nada's is gone, we can't even prove they eat brains at night.

local: the now defunct bill and nada's was a 24/7 Salt Lake cafe that was famous for their fried brains and egg breakfasts.
