Appearing on the Fox News Channel's top-rated O'Reilly Factor this evening, former Arkansas Governer Mike Huckabee (R) suggested that President Barack Obama be challenged to prove whether he was treated as a "foreign student" in college.
Huckabee made the remark in the context of a discussion with host Bill O'Reilly on Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney, a former Massachusetts governor, dithering over releasing his tax returns.
Huckabee, who ran for president in 2008, urged Romney to say that he would release his tax returns when Obama released his college transcripts--and his college admissions records to show whether Obama received loans as a "foreign student."
While some will accuse Huckabee of going 'birther', others will understand that Huckabee is referring to Obama being adopted and raised for a time in Indonesia by his mother's second husband, Lolo Soetoro, and whether Obama went to college as an Indonesian citizen to get advantageous treatment.
Expect the leftist media to have a conniption fit over this.
The issue of Obama refusing to release his college records was revisted this week by Fox's White House reporter Ed Henry who asked Obama spokesman Jay Carney about it at a daily briefing. Carney brushed off the question. Henry did not ask whether Obama went to college as a foreign student.
If it turns out Obama did go to college as a foreign student, it would lend credence to the argument that he does not meet the Constitutional mandate for natural born citizenship to be president.
I heard Huckabee say that and wonder if anyone else actually caught it!!! Can’t believe HE actually MENTIONED it on AIR.....
Maybe the GOP elite have decided to throw birthers a bone to get their support for Romney.
I used to think that about Newt, as a fearless warrior, until I saw him and Bill Clinton in a mutual admiration fest when everyone was expecting a real exchange of values and ideas.
It was like watching a dog roll over on his back in submission. He was no nightmare to Clinton.
(Now we know Callista was his “other woman” at that time and no doubt Washington and the Clintons knew all about it.)
So he may be silenced, controlled and intimidated and not have the spine when he needs it. He’s been a huge disappointment. Would I vote for him? Yes, but holding my nose, but not in a primary.

Anyway, Huckabee sounds pretty good on Fox occasionally and that was great. Of course, the great coward who still lives in dreams of another glorious triumph of talking to Obama during the next superbowl ignored it.
I’m sueprised too, that blowhart & pinhead BOR didn’t counteract the hukcster, but maybe he finally is getting so much steam and evidence in his inbox that he need to go mainstream with the rest of us on something, yet not on the NBC eligibility!!!

Looks like someone in the White House has pissed off somebodies if Huckster is bringing this up.
Could it be fast and furious? Could it be drug lord money laundering? Could it be paying off his donars with energy contracts? Could it be drastic cuts to the military? Could it be the Muslim Brotherhood? Could it be his many violations of the Congress’ power? Could it be open borders? Could it be DOJ protecting crooked election schemes? Could it be he has no more GOP friends in DC except McBackstabber? Could it be the down grading of our credit with out-of-this world debt and refusing to do anything about it except make it worse?
Could be anything, I guess. But it is way past time. Disqualifying him from the ballot is another way of saying impeachment.
Remember this one? Dick Obama would flunked every question, especially if his boy was in there.

Now we know what Obama is hiding—his college records show he’s a foreigner! He cheated the system to get the money he needed to pay for his schoolin’ I want to know what the law board canceled his ticket to try cases in court? Something he did wrong.
