“Someone who, by his own admission, has a foreign national father is not Constitutionally eligible to be President.”

With respect, having a foreign national father does not render someone ineligible to be president. The requirement is simply that someone be a natural-born citizen. If Obama was born in Hawaii, that is sufficient even if both his parents were foreign nationals.

With respect, you are misinformed.

obama may be a citizen thanks to his mother, but he is not a Natural Born Citizen unless both parents were citizens when he was born here, assuming he was born here.

There are numerous threads here documenting NBC in great detail, along with several cases coming before the courts.

You might find what is currently happening in Ga. of interest.
