The Establishment has been touting the fact that Romney has so many Congressional endorsements.

Didn't Romney spend the last 4 years (maybe longer) supporting Republican candidates so he could call in his chips when he needed them? I believe that was part of McCain's method too . . .

Have you checked his ngingrich YouTube channel? They’ve been putting up clips consistently from all his interviews and town halls there.

Instead of this election being about Obama’s failures, this election will be about Gingrich and his personal troubles.

And if it's Mitt the election will be a referendum on Wall Street millionaires...do we like 'em or not? If it's Santorum, the election is a referendum on whether we will allow abortion in the case of rape or incest or not. Do you think Obama's billion dollars worth of ads are going to be talking about Obama's record in any case?

Now I do admit when Newt sat next to Nancy the red commie and said the era of Reagan was over

He did not say that. That is another piece of the GOP-E spin set up to cut the legs off his candidacy last year. He simply said he was working on new Contract with America ideas because we're dealing with new issues in the post-Reagan, post-Bush era. He literally meant time had passed since their presidencies occurred. To reference this statement as something controversial is nothing more than dishonest spin of the same kind Romney is doing on Newt's record now.

See interview here:

What is it with these guys? They’ve been here long enough to know the rules, and Jim has been pretty clear on his feelings about Mitt.

These are not short termers. What is their problem?

I sold reverse mortgages in a previous life. They are government backed and a good deal for a certain type of senior. Do you realize that the borrower has no mortgage payments in such an arrangement and are able to access a good portion of their equity?

I am very curious, what type of senior would this be good for? My father-in-law took one out, then changed his mind and paid it off.

1.) Seniors with lots of equity in their home but little or just fixed income. Remember, these mortgages end the borrower having to make payments and helps them take out a portion of their equity (usually a bigger percentage the older the borrower is) (2.) Seniors with more than one home. (3.) Poor borrowers in high dollar real estate markets....
