Yup, the usually invisible go-betweens that carry on the formality that everyone assumes by mathematics on election night.

The real surprise is: these would be RAT electors, who are now bothered about Obama’s NBCness. Not PUB electors! RATs. Now when that happens to a Rat, he knows he’s in deep doo-doo.
