It would certainly be a precedent that plaintiffs in other states could cite. Whether they could get their states’ legal apparatus to pay any attention would remain a question.
I would say that is a definite possibility, some have said that he may be in reality a natural born citizen but lying about his origins. There is a group that believes him to be the son of Malcolm X. Nothing would really surprise me much or as Al might say, Much about that, I would not much be suprised or something such...must...much...whatever.

I read on another thread that he is playing golf today. His ‘official’ schedule is ‘no events scheduled’.
They’re establishing that the certification the DNC sent to the Georgia Secretary of State, officially notifying them of Obama’s nomination to the presidency, does NOT claim that he is eligible for the office as it is supposed to do.
Apparently the Dem ballot certification and the Repub. certification differ in that the Dem version omits the requirement to meet eligibility requirements.
I seriously doubt the MSM will even want to say anything about this or even Georgia.
However if Obama suddenly made a change of plans and Air Force One started to head back east, well maybe.

Love it! Bringing up the fact that Pelosi’s state paperwork for nomination does not include “meets criteria under the constitution” like Repub nomination does.
Side note: Hawaii would not use the same form - they demanded and got std. form specifying constitutional requirements. Therefore, signatures to Hawaii forms guilty of perjury. (sidenote)
