Governor Mitt Romney says the Palestinians are not interested in a two-state solution to the Arab-Israeli conflict, rather are interested in the illumination of the State of Israel. The leading candidate in the race to become the Republican candidate for presidency was prompted by a question posed by a Palestinian-American Republican Thursday night at a CNN Sponsored by debate in Jacksonville, Florida. "Israelis would be happy to have a two-state solution. It's the Palestinians who don't want a two-state solution; they want to eliminate the state of Israel,” Romney said.

Ron Paul is right about drastically reducing the size of guvmint.

Based on what I've seen, he's the only one serious about it. Of course this is exactly why the insiders from both parties have no desire to see someone like him elected.

How easy to answer that-he has been copying Newt's answers for months. Oh, moderator, I want to add in more answers-( I want to do like Newt says on the Dream Act) Last night, he even began with words as I believe.

Will the SS show up at my door if I say I want to ‘illuminate’ obama?

I WAS surprised he actually had the nerve to give that answer to a Palestinian and I could see the wheels turning in his head - “what should I do - he’s Palestinian but he’s a Republican - hmmm...”

So I grudgingly give him some credit and for being pretty emphatic at that.

Well, he can forget THAT guy’s vote - LOL

The old saying is true - even a broken clock is right twice a day.

But yeah, credit where credit is due, he did answer it well.

He heard Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich say something like this, and heard the applause they got. And get off his back about it! He didn’t say he was *against* wiping Israel off the map. Geez.

Thanks Nachum.
