those of us who have a better understanding of the real world can afford no such fantasy
That's rich. Well, I guess the "real world" consists of 3 crackpot lawyers and 7 guys with a webring.
Don't know where he was born. He claims Hawaii, but Hawaii will give a birth certificate to the child of any Hawaiian resident, regardless of where the child is born. Apart from that, Barack wouldn't even send a copy of what Hawaii sent him to the judge. Funny that. So yeah, it's an open question whether Barack was subject to the jurisdiction of this country or not. At the moment it looks like a birth in White Rock Canada is a plausible guess. It is right on the border with Blaine Washington where Stanley's Aunt Eleanor lived, and in 1961 it was a common practice to send unmarried pregnant(or in this case an interracial pregnancy) girls away to live with a relative. Blaine didn't have a hospital, but White Rock did. Stanley Ann showing up at the University of Washington 15 days later makes a lot more sense if she was already *IN* Washington.
What planet are you from?
Planet reality. You should come visit sometime. Here, we don't make sh*t up and we don't believe a liar just because he says so.

I'm of the opinion that most lawyers are crackpots. Apparently the legal system has to break them of critical thinking before they are allowed to yammer in front of judges.
In any case, if you want to argue that Barack is a 14th amendment citizen, then that proves he is disqualified. Natural born citizens didn't need the 14th amendment to be "citizens."
