Ok. Ok. It's Bill O'Reilly.

But face it. This anti-Gingrich establishment blitz must be very perplexing for a lot of Americans.

Gingrich LEADS ROMNEY in the national polls.

He may not be a ‘bona-fide’ conservative , but all-in-all I think he is the most conservative of the ‘major’ candidates.

These are strange times when I agree with O’Reilly and can’t stand Coulter and Drudge.

“I’m surprised by the right. I’ve known Gingrich for about 10 years, and to me, he’s a Conservative.”

The Grand Old Potty wants Newt to go away. They think he has too many negatives. They want Romney. Period.

For crying out loud. Bill O'Reilly?

THIS Bill O'Reilly?

Mark Levin reminds us why Bill O'Reilly is a hateful, anti-Conservative imbecile

Absolutely. The question though is, why?

Could be that Willard is anointed to be the nominee specifically so that he takes a dive against the Kenyan Muslim in November, thereby keeping the status quo among the country club.

Thanks for posting what my fractured old mind was hashing around this morning.

Great Tagline!

You just nailed it: Newt might not be as conservative as some of us want but he's the MOST conservative of those left standing.

We then have the option to: vote for the one most loved by the mainstream GOP; vote for the one that has lived genuine family values; vote for the one that wants to cut most government, slash taxes to only pay for the barest government bones (but kinda nutty on foreign policy - or might actually be dangerous on foreign policy; or vote for the one that truly has a proven conservative record of turning the establishment on its head.

There are no others to choose from this time around and thanks to the voters of IA, NH, and SC, the candidate hasn't been pre-selected and forced down the throat of the voters - at least, not now.

Politics makes strange bedfellows, Prole. Today O’Reilly and Levin are on the same page.

Jess, they do NOT think he has too many negatives. They are afraid he will beat Obama. This is an ideological war within the party between the Rockefeller moderates and the Goldwater conservatives, plain and simple. It is the tax-hikers like Bush, Sr. and Dole and the social liberals who want no criticism against abortion or gays who are driving the anti-Newt campaign. Romney is one of them and Newt is not.

Newtzilla to the Rescue

The other night while having drinks with some prominent conservatives, I said I thought there was a significant chance that Gingrich will not only win the nomination but that he might be the next president. Going by their expressions, I might as well have said I had put a slow-acting poison in their cocktails.

The conservative establishment knows Gingrich, or at least thinks it does. The insiders worry Bachmann, Perry, and Cain aren’t smart enough or can’t beat President Obama. The stop-Newters have no doubts about how smart Gingrich is.

As to whether he can beat Obama, opinions vary. But many feel that a Gingrich victory might be scarier than a GOP defeat. Gingrich’s defenders say such fear is a compliment because it shows that he’s a “change agent” threatening the status quo.

They have a point...he’s always been very clear that he wants to (“fundamentally,” “historically,” “categorically,” and “radically”) overturn the existing order.

“Absolutely. The question though is, why?”

Newt will go along to get along, protect the Grand Old Potty’s phony baloney jobs and will NOT help anymore of those damn Tea Party down-ticket elections.

After watching "the establishment" attack Gingrich, I am convinced that we need to overturn the existing order.

We MUST overturn the existing order, or abandon the concept of our nation as we know it, as a bastion of liberty and freedom and protector of rights. It's already hanging by a thread.
