You are correct; I didn't say that it did. BUT, that was the version that was supplied to Hawaii - and only Hawaii.

It was my understanding that the docs were produced and signed in CO, following the 'RAT convention -- and then distributed to the respective States. (With only Hawaii receiving the "special" one...)

Here is the first article I found on the subject. You can vet it as well as I could. I am certain I viewed other articles that displayed both documents and clearly explained that the one I posted in #33 is the one that was only supplied to (and obtained from) Hawaii.

I do note that the CFP article I linked also mentions a handwriting expert who stated that the signatures on the Hawaii doc showed signs of stress - indicating it was known to be a lie by the signers...
