Frankly, people so desperate for endorsements from entertainers are tiresome, and illogical; and quite boorish. Intelligent and rational discourse is impossible for people who cannot think for themselves.
I’ve found I’ve wasted enough time trying to speak with people who are little more than mind numbed robots, and have an amazing inability to look at and evaluate statements rationally and reasonably. To be perfectly honest; I’m simply stunned that so many people, who can’t push a button without someone telling them which one to push, can manage to type on their own.

This is how I think of this.
Santorum = If Rush had voted for him, he’d say so. That way, he would’ve been able to ‘x’ out the Romney and Gingrich camps. Santorum is as conservative as Rush, and people wouldn’t have been surprised at all if Rush had voted for him.
Gingrich = It also would not have been surprising if Rush ahd voted for Newt given the conservative message. Had he voted for Newt and announced it, some in the Romney camp might have been pissed off but not surprised, given that Rush wears conservatism on his sleeve.
Romney = Herein lies the problem. If Rush states that he voted for Mitt, half his audience would disappear. And, like Rush said earlier, he’d have to fire some in his staff.
That’s why he’s not saying whom he voted for — beacuse it might be Mittens!

LOL. It used to be that I got texts from Sarah Palin; but I guess Rush is now the cult leader. I get confused as to whose orders I’m supposed to be taking.
Rush isn’t passionate about this election. If he was he would say who he votes for. My friends aren’t mindnumbed robots but that doesn’t stop me from trying to influence their vote. Any passionate voter would do the same.
Rush has never endorsed a primary candidate ever.
If I were to guess he’s voting for Santorum like Mark Levin.
I have it on high authority Rush wrote in Todd Palin.

You could be right.
I don’t know that he’s ever revealed who he voted for. I tend to think that for people like him, it’s a little difficult to reveal who you vote for, because your “guy” could lose. Then you’re in a spot where you have to support the guy you didn’t vote for in the general election. In today’s environment, though, it serves no purpose to reveal who he votes for because if he votes for Santorum, and Santorum loses, and it’s Romney, imagine the ads people will run.
Plus if the guy he votes for loses, then the media has a field day talking about how little “influence” Rush has and how the era of Rush is over. (He should have little influence, when it comes to making a decision on who to vote for, but, apparently, some people willingly give him the power to make choices for them.) Why give the media any fodder? And why make the general election any more uncomfortable than it is already going to be.
Just my thoughts. :)
Freeping a Drudge poll is a complete waste of time. The Paulbots win every internet poll they’re allowed to vote in, because they sit for hours, voting over and over and over for their guy.
Besides, Drudge has gone over to the dark side. He’s doing Mitt’s dirty work, and is no longer allowed on my computer.
Not true. Rush endorsed Pat Buchannan prior to the New Hampshire primary in 1992.
