Allow me to explain. I, like a lot of voters perhaps, are not very happy with any of them. So, if you could co-mingle Romney’s ability to make money with Newt’s tenacity and broad knowledge of history and statesmanship, I could surely vote for that candidate. Except one cannot do that. So that leaves anyone who can win in November. I think Newt cannot, nor can Santorum or Ron Paul. I also think Romney just might be the only one at this time who can. This is somewhat like a team that wins the pennant by losing less games than their nearest rival. They simply backed into it. Gotta vote for somebody; slim pickins’ is all.
