Did Santorum ever complete his taxes and make them public? Has not been vetted thoroughly.
February 10, 2012 | Ralph Mitchell

Rick Santorum went home to do his income taxes on his home computer. Did he ever release them? Seriously, Santorum has been given passes by the media and the other candidates and the public. He seems like his accomplishments are weak and his grasp of issues are couched in 1990's rhetoric. He needs to release his taxes and he needs to communicate and explain in detail his economic plans for America. Agree?

Why now ? why bring this up now when many thought that Rick was a loser ?
Perhaps ? the real motivation in this is to bring Rick Santorum down since he is gaining momentum... seem really ? all the Romney sleaze machine is out to get him..

I do not care how much money he makes, or how much his taxes are.
It is a stupid issue.

I don’t get this whole fascination with candidates releasing their tax returns. We currently have a President who apparently won’t release ANYTHING. Who has the free time to care how much Santorum made last year?

If we abolished the income tax we wouldn’t have this nonsense about tax returns.

He is basically a cheerleader like Romney. He has not verbally explained his plans for legislation policies and goals. Feel good Conservative lingo only goes so far.

Santorum has been given passes by the media.

Just wait. When the media has decided the he may be a threat to Obama's reelection you will know if his family pets are neutered or not. The they will seek out anyone that has ever worked for him. If anyone close to him has for some reason has become "unhappy", the world will hear all about it.

“He has not verbally explained his plans for legislation policies and goals. Feel good Conservative lingo only goes so far.”

you mean like

and

http://www.ricksantorum.com/spending-cuts-and-entitlements-reform

listing some very specific changes to government programs:
Implement Medicare Reforms and Innovation proposed by Congressman Paul Ryan and speed up their implementation to control healthcare costs and improve quality.
Reform Social Security and place on a sustainable path by a combination of reforms such as addressing adjusting CPI, dependent benefits and disability income benefits reforms, moving back the retirement age for younger workers, means testing benefits, annual adjustments as needed, and dedicating Social Security payroll taxes to Social Security.
Implement reforms and cost savings of up to $100 billion in March 2011 GAO report requested by Senator Coburn listing 34 areas of duplication and waste.

In FL debate he said he was going home to do them. He made it home but had his plans changed when his daughter suddenly was hospitalized. Once she was better he was back on the road. Now he’s home for a few days, and CPAC, he has a chance to get them done.
