Newt is the only one who understands the scope and scale of the change needed. Like when he states that we must eliminate the EPA and replace it with an Environmental Solutions Agency, and specifically notes he didn’t say reform it. You need entirely different people because those there are “self-selected to be radical antibusiness environmental extreimists”. Newt gets it!
Yes, Specifics. He is able to articulate a Plan. Newt is far superior to the other candidates in his abilities and his record, and he Soars above the other candidates in Leadership ability, IMHO.
We are not electing a deacon for our church, we don’t need a CEO, we need a leader who both understands the problems we face and who can lead boldly and decisively with real solutions. This man will Command Respect in the World, unlike the Poser we have now. When Oliver North says that Newt Gingrich will make a wonderful Commander in Chief, that is a solid vote of confidence that we would do well to heed in these perilous times.
I’m so tired of the “Newt has Baggage” mantra. Newt has Substance and Gravitas. Give me a Repentant Sinner over a Pharisee any day.
