Lovely. Just what you want to hear from the actress who plays Mrs. Palin in the soon-to-be-released HBO film, Game Change. Julianne Moore says she found her theatrical muse terrifying.
Actually, Moores quote about SP is neither as ideological nor as personal as the headline makes it sound. NewsBusters supplies the context:
Moore explained how she recognized Palins political appeal:
Heres a woman whos a parent, whos an actual working mother, who worked her way up from local government, who was definitely middle working class, married to a commercial fisherman .She was incredibly relatable, she was attractive, she was young; she was speaking to a wide portion of the population that didnt feel that theyd been noticed or seen or heard.
In her February 14 item (posted on February 13) Julianne Moore: Sarah Palin was pretty terrifying, Schwab quoted Moore:
I would say, as a registered Democrat and longtime liberal, I think that I speak for a lot of women when I say that when [Palin] burst onto the scene, the way that she did that was pretty terrifying because I really felt like, Oh my gosh, the Republicans might have this election, Moore recalled of her first perceptions of Palin back in 2008. She was so electrifying as a figure, it kind of blew everyone away.

Moore is a skank who has made some revolting movies.
Yeah I recently made the mistake of watching Savage Grace(2007) and had to finally shut it off when she started having sex with her son. Truly revolting. I'm sure her Sarah Palin movie will bomb out and be nothing but a minor entry in some leftists movie library.
One more Hollywood total ding-dong drools her laughable opinion all over herself.
YIKES...well, there's proof positive that even a liberal movie sex queen isn't in the same uberbabe league as a conservative housewife from Wasilla. Dump the tofu and start chewing on some caribou, girl! Might put some color in your cheeks! Gettin' scary!
Thanks for the photo gallery. Appears that whenever she is wearing a blouse, she is covering up her only good features.
Reminds me of the time years ago when I did a bit on QVC with country legend Jerry Clower. I asked him to wear a hat with our product’s logo on it, and the silver-haired comedian said, “Carter, when you only got one good feature, you don’t cover it up.” Wonderful guy.
I can’t speak to the condition of his drawers, but I do remember a very telling shot of Mort Kondrake hanging his head and staring at the table in front of him after that speech. It was truly worth a thousand words.
Well Miss Moore some of us find it terrifying that the government wants to control our lives 100% Yet I doubt with your fame and money you will ever have to worry about that.
For us who are getting robbed daily from debt and if Obamacare gets the OK from SCOTUS, eventually will not be able to get good health care because of it we are TERRIFIED of that.
How much extra taxes have you paid this year for the cause huh Julie?
Ha!!
Well, they fear you pursuing your self- interest.
Since they are superior, their own self-interest is (by definition) equivalent to 'the greater good'.
Cameron Diaz looked awful in a film where she played a lesbian, as well. I find it interesting that the left thinks that lesbians are so ugly.
The headline is ‘negative’ sounding. Actually from my reading of the article, she clearly states that Sarah was person with huge appeal and she understood why.

All I had to do was do a search on her name, and it became clear that there is little difference between a porn “actress” and a “legitimate” actress.
I am not sure but I think she is one of those people that gets paid exorbitant amounts of money for imitating facial expressions and expressing fake feelings. But I could be wrong...
Nothing terrifies feminist liberal women more than the thought of a successful, attractive woman.
As Rush Limbaugh succinctly put it:
“Feminism was established to allow unattractive women easier access to the mainstream.”
I remember that speech, too---who wouldn't? My husband's sister wasn't happy with McCain's choice for veep; she thought he was doing it to pander to women. But my husband told her, "Let's see how it goes--I have a feeling she might be pretty good." Then, that night, just as Sarah finished her speech, the phone rang, and it was my sister-on-law. She was laughing, and she yelled into the phone, "She (Sarah) made Obama look like a FOOL!" :)
Like the article says..
“Look at it this way: Liberals have Meryl Streep and Julianne Moore. We have ACTUAL Margaret Thatcher and Sarah Palin..”
“I will never forget that speech Palin gave when they announced she was the VP nominee.”
It was the best political speech I’ve seen since Reagan at the 1964 Republican convention. Electrifying.
Oh, so that’s who she is. I recognized her once I looked at some pix.
