Seems fair to me. Then once the precedent is in they can charge more to all sorts of other people who engage in behaviors that run up health care costs.

Like homosexuals, crack addicts, pot smokers...you know, the Democrats’ key constituencies.

There shouldn't be a Federal health care program at all. Ever. It's not an enumerated power in the Constitution.

The American hysteria over health matters is the politicians royal road to increased taxes.

I smoke, roll my own. About $1.00 a pack.

Do you eat meat or go to fast food restaurants or breath out Co2 or own a gun?

Go away. You're a statist. Go away.

It means the Feds get to inspect your medical records.

Maybe you don’t care?

If this is truly how Utah feels, why don’t they just outlaw the things? They won’t because they want the tax money. Double standards here.

Not only do I roll my own, I grow my own. Couple this with the Feds policing school lunches, etc., we are seeing real tyranny in our face.

When is enough, going to be enough? The line in the sand seems a bit faint, eh?

You would regret that by midnight Friday night. ;)

But the whole issue would go away if the federal government stuck to what it was actually allowed to do.
