No sane government would make laws elevating such an evil act to a position of a “right”. Just Law has to be Moral Law-—dictates of Natural Law which states the design of man is to do one’s DUTY (reason for all social contracts in the first place) to raise one’s own offspring.
It defies reason. It destroys the very rationality of man and teaches children a worldview that is anathema to the prinicples of our very Constitution—Rights from God (not creepy Barney Frank who was probably sodomized as a boy like those little boys in Afghanistan.) Child abuse twists and destroys the sexual identity of children.
Promoting that lifestyle is promoting child abuse.
