Women [and men] already have access to preventative health services. What ozero and his health-control law want to do is have other people pay for the preventative health services.

This has nothing to do with availability of health care. It already is available dammit.

What is more important is that contraception IS NOT HEALTH CARE! It is an interruption of the normal, HEALTHY consequences of sexual activity.

The reason why it is healthy is because it protects, mostly women, from diseases, out of wedlock pregnancy, and the social consequences of being less than cautious with sexuality.
