The United States announced a diplomatic breakthrough with North Korea Wednesday.

Under an agreement reached in direct talks in Beijing last week, North Korea has agreed to allow the return of nuclear inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency, and has agreed to implement a moratorium on long-range missile tests, nuclear tests, and nuclear activities at Yongbyon, including uranium enrichment activities, the State Department said. In return, the United States will provide North Korea with a large food aid package.

Why the hell do WE have to feed them? China is a wealthy state sitting right next door, how about THEY buy the food from us for a change and give it to them? This is total BS, the champagne corks are being popped by the party elites in Norkland right now toasting another dumbass move by our State department. When will we ever learn???

In exchange for tons of food, North Korea is promising to do a better job hiding its nuclear weapons program from the UN. I can’t imagine that it’s very difficult.

We wouldn't want to take her razor-like focus away from destroying We the People's rights.......besides, they don't like her to travel in Air Farce 1 unless absolutely necessary; you think they want to be perceived as jet-setting around wasting taxpayer money?

Inside of two or three months, the Norks will violate whatever terms they agree to... then demand additional food aid as the ticket back to the negotiating table.

Damn, they see us coming every time, don’t they?

The meeting took place in Munich on 29th September, 1938. Desperate to avoid war, and anxious to avoid an alliance with Joseph Stalin and the Soviet Union, Neville Chamberlain and Edouard Daladier agreed that Germany could have the Sudetenland. In return, Hitler promised not to make any further territorial demands in Europe.

Have I left anything out? have we not seen this play over and over again?

Yes. #5 The food goes to the elite and the military. The average comrade will see none of it.

This deal actually looks okay, provided there’s one term added to it:

We do the inspections first. We like what we see, we’ll feed you. We don’t, well, you continue to starve.

Don’t forget that old dumb-ass Carter in the equation.

If I remember accurately, he beat all of our officials there.

“Peace in our time” comes to mind.

We were finally getting somewhat serious, and Carter short circuited all of it. N. K. went on to do exactly what it had been doing.
