Though politically a long shot, the White House believes the idea resonates at a time of high gasoline prices.Wow, what a great economic plan!! At a time when the country is in an Obamao-inspired recession and gas prices are skyrocketing due to zero's anti-gas "green energy" policies, he thinks that this will make him a shoe-in for a second term!!???
