Hell, DC locals could bring lawn chairs and set up shop. It would be just like the ocean..... wet, wide and full of crabs.
He could always go out and buy another one. I’m thinking Rush was the one worrying about not be invited to the parties. You notice even Santorum distanced himself from Rush. So, you KNOW none of the big elites wouldn’t want to be seen with him. I’d bet some elite GOP’ers called him and told him if he didn’t apologize they could no longer be associated with him. Again, were are the principles? They’re hidden somewhere in that stack of cash and on the cocktail circuit.
Now they’ll come after him full speed. One more little oxy episode and he’s off to prison. And when the radio show is gone so will all of his elite friends in the GOP.
Liberals NEVER apologize so why should we. They consider apology as a victory as it shows weakness.

Obama WANTS this election to be about contraception, Rush calling someone a slut, ANYTHING but his failed legacy. As of late, Obama has been successful in diverting the debate away from his record.
I think Rush belatedly realized the gambit going on here and decided to eat some crow for the team. And I am not a dittohead in the least, I don't listen to Rush. But this election HAS to be primarily about porkulus, deficits, energy policy and failed government-backed initiatives.
I am not saying ignore social issues, just don't allow Obama to deflect using such. Recognize a trap being set and don't step in it.
On “Bloody Thursday” when Rush teamed with Fox news and others to take out Newt, Rush died for me.
There comes a time when every man should retire, Rush is just a little late.
There was a graphic on a Puke-thread here, right after I signed-up yesterday, with a pic of Miss Puke at the us congress testimony table, and a yellow caution-warning sign next to her, which read, “Wide Trench”.
I laughed so hard, and now at your comment which I posted to, that tears were welling-up in my eyes. I love this place and the humor here! Truly, both made my days already.

the ‘apology” was just for calling her the bad name..rush has played the left great on this..In his apology he brought up the conservative points on this. he framed it back to “why are we paying for this” and took it off the “contraceptives are serious medical issues only” that the slut whined about.
As for sponsors, OH PUHLEEZE..they will be back...and MORE.
Of course he is in it for the money and fame...what’s with the “its about the money” whining here on Freep. Rush is a capitalist. conservatives should be thrilled he is making money. Freepers are now sounding like the attackers of the 1%.Yeesh.
