“Willard needs to be a severe patriot and drop out!!!”

That’s the best idea I’ve heard all night!

It seems to me that if either Rick or Newt bail out tomorrow, whoever is left will still be defeated by Romney. By the time May 29 comes around, TX will probably be for Romney too, as people like to pick winners. Surely CA in June will be for Romney. Romney is winning many states that he will immediately forfeit to Obama, including both of his home states of MA and MI.

Santorum is gaining on Romney in Ohio. It looks like the urban areas have gone for Romney and they’ve reported already.

“You heard it here first. They will do the math starting tomorrow, and a brokered convention will become very real in everyone’s minds.”

You are a brave soul. Hey, if you end up being correct, can we confab over the football season so you can help me with some games?

Just like in football, I am more a spectator than a participant and I really have no clue how it’s all going to go but like to hear others offer up their ideas. It helps me learn. I appreciate it,,well I appreciate most every poster on FR,,esp those with tattoos,,whose husbands have painted over (ask Onyx)

I don’t care what they say about her hair, I like Missus Newt (a good Wisconsin girl). With Newt’s past who can know for sure, but they seem to have a pretty solid marriage, and clearly show respect for on another, and with marriage under assault that is a good thing to see.

It’s the evangelicals.

Bitterly clinging to their religion and guns?

Thanks for your work on the analysis. I’m not crazy about your tagline, but thanks nonetheless :)

I like her. She seems to have the grace and dignity one likes to see in a traditional first lady.

The only thing I really was interested in was a last minute dirty trick against Newt in GA. As soon as I saw he had taken GA, I allowed myself to breathe. It ain’t ovah. Not by a long shot.
santorum is reverting to type. mitt is consistently nasty. Newt is a Phoenix. And there is time.

Just thinking of President Willard makes me want to chuck.

Don't worry, he'll never get elected. Obama and the DemocRATs have amassed a library full of opposition research against Willard - and half of the things they'll say is probably true!

Wow what a post, thanks so much!

In a brokered convention I don't see how any logical intelligent Republican could even consider anyone but Newt. He's by far the smart guy of the four and has answers already that the others will have to search for.

My beloved Sarah Palin will endorse him, but I am NOT voting for Romney.

I will write in Sarah Palin’s name and it had better be published as part of the official vote in my local newspaper for all to see.

I will write in Sarah Palin too. That is who I wanted at the very beginning of this mess.

“I like her. She seems to have the grace and dignity one likes to see in a traditional first lady.”

I like her too. She seems a bit cold and removed but I can understand that considering the awful slings and arrows she has to put up with.

As far as first ladies go,,I am inclined to call the current one “Miss Bicep”...so much fuss has been made about her arm definition. Good grief, as if that matters at all!

And extremely low turnout in Virginia makes Romney look extremely weak.
