Romney: Both Right & Left Say He’ll Flip Back to the Green Side
New American ^ | March 9, 2012 | William F. Jasper

Everyone knows Mitt Romney has been running from the liberal RINO (Republican In Name Only) image that stood him in good stead in Massachusetts, the ultimate Blue State. He has been running as fast as he can from his RomneyCare healthcare program in Massachusetts, which was a prototype for ObamaCare. He’s also running from his Greenie record, pushing the idea that he’s the man to take on the enviro-extremists that are preventing America from drilling for oil and digging for coal.

[snip]

However, observers at both conservative and liberal websites are pointing to indicators that, if elected, Romney is likely to flip back to the green side.

President Obama offered his likely Republican opponent Mitt Romney “good luck” for Super Tuesday.

Asked at a news conference if he’d like to respond to Romney’s comments calling Obama the “most feckless president since Carter,” Obama said: “Good luck tonight.”

After the quip got laughs from the press gallery, Obama smiled and said, “No, really. Really.”

THE _RESIDENT GETS IT!!!! the Republican establishment are too stupid to get it.

everyone knows Romney is lying.

The liberals and moderates know he is lying when he says he is a conservative and is secretly one of them. Thus they support him.

Conservative also know he is lying and is secretly a RINO. Thus they have opposed him.

A Romney nomination will be a train wreck.

RINOmney is a vapid dork.

No more...perhaps much less.

Why vote for RINOmney when you can vote for the Obamaloon and get the whole smelly turd?

That is what I don’t get about the American voter. 0bama needs to move this way...Romeny needs to move that way.

Ahhh....”Hello, hello?”

Once their in office there is no moving them. They will just do whatever they want and it is not like a Republican House or Senate is going to improve or “check” things.

This is something about even these party-line loyalists don’t get. We’re not winning anything for We the People and we need to stop kidding ourselves.

Bob Dole came out and endorsed Romney and said he will do a great job working with Dems (both sides) to get things done.

Once Romney wins the nomination watch him abandon all this repeal campaign talk and start the bipartision ‘getting things done’ theme campaign against Obama.

He will brag how he got things done in MA with Dems.

Much like GWB, he is counting on us to stand with him through his first term to get re-elected,.

“Why vote for RINOmney when you can vote for the Obamaloon and get the whole smelly turd?”

Because Bishop Willard has sugar sprinkles on the turd.

You are exactly right, and what they will do is compromise on a set of bipartisan tax increases. There is no doubt in my mind.

If Romney has bought into climate control ideology, we would be better-off, in the long run, with 4 more years of Obama than with him. At least we would know who the villain is and be able to hold him accountable for the economic disaster.

Exactly......Obama doesn’t hide his socialism....Romney will be more stealth about it, which makes him even more dangerous.

I heard a clip on the radio the other day. A woman asked Romney if he would unequivocally say yes to the question “Will you get rid of Obamacare if you are elected president”? He never said yes, he spun the answer so that nobody could determine what he said.

RE :”You are exactly right, and what they will do is compromise on a set of bipartisan tax increases. There is no doubt in my mind.

I predicted that one long ago that if a Republican beats Obama he will go with raising taxes in a compromise. I never held out hope that the right one would get the nomination and refuse.

It's even easier now because Obama suckered the Republicans into helping him extend the tax rates until AFTER the election. So a POTUS Romney could claim some of the extensions are all he could get.
