Regarding the above, your problem is actually with Bob Dole and the feckless GOPe, not Gingrich.
maybe a little from column a, and a little from column b.
Dole was horrible.....but Gingrich was no angel...lets not kid ourselves...the left played the shutting down of govt for all it was worth and it had legs....because the Repubes mishandled it...
Newt is probably our # choice unless we have a brokered convention and we can chose someone else beside the current crop.....someone perhaps who used to be governor of Alaska....
I don't see Reagan in any of them...
