Are you smarter than a Joe Biden?That's an appropriate question for a box of rocks. Or a Barbara Boxer.
Joe Biden might be marginally smarter than a Patricia Bin Murray. He is more entertaining.
But not as entertaining as Rep. Hank Johnson of Georgia, the one who expressed fear of Guam capsizing. I still think the military guy at that hearing deserves a medal for managing to keep a straight face.
