The cancer of Obama”care” now extends to choosing a “Public health expert for the World Bank Presidency.”
_______

The major problem with THE NINE SUPREMES is that they are chosen for political reasons by the POTUS, and then they vote as an un-accountable democracy, for a Nation that is NOT a Democracy, but a REPUBLIC.

As a result, THE NINE SUPREMES commonly vote 5 to 4 on most issues. Constitutionality is seldom a consideration, and their up-coming ruling on Obama”care” will prove my point.

Now is the time to stand and deliver to address our grievances to the dictates of the Left.

Oppose the dictates of Dictator Baby-Doc Barack!

Our ONLY chance to ABOLISH Obama”care” rests with THE NINE SUPREMES, because Romney will be defeated by Obama.

IMHO, if Romney is anointed as the RNC Nominee, THE main issue in the National Election, Obama”care,” will be taken off the campaign table. Hence, Romney will not only lose, but suffer another crushing, and sadly typical, RINO defeat.

To those who want poster ideas, here are a few ideas for demonstration posters:

Obama”care” was robo-signed by Congress, and is therefore illegal.

Obama”care” was 2700 pages long, and is still being written, but not by Congress: witness the forced contraception coverage recently added by HHS Regulators.

Obama”care” has caused “The Catholic Spring.”

Obama”care” reduces competition, and therefore is illegal by the 1890 Sherman Anti-Trust Law.

Obama”care” is designed to be a US Federal Government monopoly, with no competition.

Obama”care” also is illegal according to the US Constitution, because it violates our freedom of choice.

Will THE NINE SUPREMES notice any of these three violations? I seriously doubt it.

Impeached Bill Clinton proved that the US President is above US Federal Law, so anything that the President wants he gets, regardless of the Federal Laws that he has violated.

He’s not going to need 60 R votes. He’ll get crossovers. There’s enough poll data and charred democrat incumbant bodies from 2010 that there will be crossovers.

forecasts project the GOP to win a majority that falls well short of a filibuster-proof 60 seats. Still, if McConnell...

McConnell is an idiot. He knows ALL about 51-vote reconciliation that passed the trash in the first place. Use it!

Right. I'll believe it when I see it that the genteel Republicans get down and dirty with the Democrats.

Well, folks, in the fall of 2009 I predicted this, saying that once in place, Obamacare would be nearly impossible to exterminate because of the 2/3s filibuster.

Now we have people on our side calling for Marco Rubio to be a veep???

We are in desperate need of conservative senators, not irrelevant vice presidents, and this is a good example of why. The higher the percentage of conservatives we have in the senate, the more difficult it will be for a so-called moderate RINO to block the repeal of something like Obamacare.

What a real solid leader Mitch is. He is already telegraphing that he isn't going to bother too hard to repeal Obamacare because it will be to difficult. A real ringing endorsement for voting GOP this year.

It may be tough to repeal the law but in the meantime Congress can refuse to fund it through funding measures which require less votes. Moreover, if Mitt (or any other Republican) wins the White House, can’t the President issue an executive order preventing the agencies from implementing and enforcing the law? Hopefully, the Supreme Court will strike down ObamaCare as unconstitutional before the election. If the court upholds ObamaCare then it’s clear this country’s founding documents have no more meaning in guiding our public institutions.

Kentucky Republican conceded that repeal legislation would likely fail, given that even the most optimistic forecasts project the GOP to win a majority that falls well short of a filibuster-proof 60 seats.

Well, that sure was a quick battle!

Congratulation on your win dimocrats!

GOP, when you see them, say hi to the Whigs for me, 'mkay?

Put the pipe down McConnell, it’s easy to repeal. Stop funding it and as a matter of fact, they could do that right now.

Especially hard when the RINOs don’t really want to repeal it...

McConnell trying to lower expectations of Congress that only has what, 8% approval now?

True for two reasons: It’ll never get 60 votes, as explained in the article, but also because there isn’t a Presidential candidate from either party that’s going to be on the ballot who would sign it.

And this, my friends, is why WE NEED TO ELECT CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN SENATORS WHEREVER POSSIBLE so that when the Republicans are in the majority next January this cowardly, stupid individual who never lets an intelligent strategic though cross his mind IS NOT MADE SENATE MAJORITY LEADER by his fellow Republican Senators.

Please support the Conservative candidates for Senate. You know who they are.

And this is a surprise?

They are prepping for the potentiality of a hail mary pass and a Romney win.

They will never get rid of it, just tweek it because they will have the purse strings, and htey have the inteligensia to make it right. Besides they can get their kids a job on K-Street pumpin' MSA's HSA's or whatever the bleep they come up with.

They will repeal nothing HHS, EPA, DOE, etc.

Again I say, the EGOP has handed us our Divorce Papers long ago and we are too stupid to move out. 11.7.12 we should start anew and leave and start "THE PARTY OF REAGAN".

I am so over this wicken of weasel, the whole damn bunch of them...

“If I’m the leader of the majority next year..."

Is that being a bit presumptuous?

If the GOP retakes the Senate, will there be a fight for the Majority Leadership or will the same tired people just assume their same tired positions?
