Whatever may be said of Zimmerman, it is just a plausible that he is not one of those people that believe the police have the ultimate responsibility to protect people and property. Rather, it’s the individual citizens duty to do so.

Last night I was reading Zimmerman's 47-page 911 Call History dating back to 2004. He calls the cops for anything and everything: kids playing in the street, trash in the road, open garage doors, roomate letting people in apartment, bicyclist doing wheelies, car without headlights, etc.

I'm glad he doesn't live in my neighborhood.

Obama, Bush, Newt, Santorum, O'Reilly, Hannity and a host of others should all STFU and quit convicting Zimmerman until there is some evidence that he is guilty of a crime. They want to comment of the tragedy of a kid losing his life and offer condolences, fine. But this trial by politicians, race baiters and MSM types is out of control.

No comments on the 85 year old white woman raped and muredered by a black man or two black teens who set a white kid on fire while calling him whitey. Which actually is as it should be since the matters are state crimes. But the hypocrisy is going hyper.

I think I remember hearing in the 911 tape that when the dispatcher, in response to Zimmerman saying that he was following Martin, told him not to, Zimmerman says "ok".

First of all the dispatcher said "you don't need to follow him.." which is not a lawful order even if the dispatcher was a policeman. Second of all a dispatcher has no powers to issue a lawful order to a citizen. Period. This is a canard. Zimmerman may be guilty if he was the initial aggressor of physical violence. But asking somebody what they are doing OTOH is not cause for a beat down and is in fact assault.

The phone calls clearly portray that martin ran when he saw a guy in the middle of the night checking him out. Then zimmerman clearly runs out of the car, u can hear the wind and his breath when he is running at which point the police on the phone even ask him are you chasing him? they ask him to stop but you can clearly still hear the wind in the background, then they ask him to wait for them at the entrance but then he says how about they call him when theyre here and he will tell them where he is, meaning he had intention of following trayvon more.
Oh so he got suspended from school, so what? Does that make himguilty? George zimmerman has had run ins with the police, why is that not something that you point.

Also, whats wrong with “jumping” a guy who is chasing you. Unless theyre kids in the playground playing tag, if someone I dont know is chasing after me, it automatically means he has intent to harm me. I, for example, would run around a corner and when he comes around would “jump” him and yes, proceed to kick his ass. God help I defend myself against some asshole.

You are trying to excuse zimmerman based on having hindsight. Put yourself in that particular position of someone in a car checking you out and staring at youin the middleof the night. Then you walk away and he chases you. What would you do? Automatically assume he is a nice guy who wants to help you on the way home?

Maybe Obama should have a beer summit with Zimmerman! It worked so well a few years ago when Obama said, “Hopefully, instead of ginning up anger and hyperbole everybody can just spend a little bit of time with some self-reflection and recognizing that other people have different points of view.”

It seems that the only point of view you can have now is the Left’s...

I understand there were 6 witnesses that claim Zimmerman was about to get into his truck after Martin ran out of sight when Martin jumped him from behind and started to beat Zimmerman in the face and head. Coupled with the property was a gated community which Martin probably knew leads me to believe that this certainly wasn’t a racist situation that motivated Zimmerman to shoot the young man.
It is very disturbing to me to see Farrakhan, Jackson and Sharpton pouring fuel on the fire of discontent in this country in order to elevate themselves to importance. The care not for the good of this country, they would rather civil strife whenever an opportunity presents itself.
The worst of this situation is when the President gets involved with his comments. Just like calling the Cambridge Ma situation stupid, he involves himself into something he knows nothing about. But that doesn’t stop him in everything else he does.
Those that are so indignant and enraged about this situation haven’t researched anything about this case.

Where’d the gun come from? Why didn’t he sit still like he was told? If he went after him, he was asking for confrontation. It’s not like he was saving some little old lady’s life.

Only sheeple believe that a dispatcher has the legal right to order you to do anything

Zimmerman had the legal right to carry a gun

I'm glad he doesn't live in my neighborhood.

I'd love someone like Zimmerman living in my neighborhood as a Watchman! Yes, indeed....especially because we're going to see less officers patroling and more loons coming out into the nighborhoods because they know this is coming.
