ORLANDO - A witness we haven't heard from before paints a much different picture than we've seen so far of what happened the night 17-year-old Trayvon Martin was shot and killed.

The night of that shooting, police say there was a witness who saw it all.

No......facts are not racist. Facts are color blind.
The people who attempt to twist the facts to match
their agenda are the rascists. And for those who pay
attention and listen it’s not hard to figure out who
the racists are.

"Yeah I doubt he got suspended for FIVE days for badmouthing the teacher. "

Word around here was the suspension was for fighting.

If Sharpton, Jackson, and Obama continued to make this racial, it gets complicated.

On the other hand, I kinda wonder if La Raza gives a tinker's damn about Peruvians -- especially if they're legal.

"The dispatcher told Zimmerman not to."

I wish they would stop repeating this falsehood.

"The reflex assumption is that a Neighborhood Watch guy won't go out of his way to look for trouble"

I'm not a neighborhood watch guy, but I would go out of my way. There comes a certain time when you just refuse to take it anymore. When I moved in to my neighborhood 12 years ago, vandalism was rampant... kids driving through lawns, over shrubbery... destroying anything they could.
After repairing my lawn 1/2 dozen times and replacing broken windows, etc.. I had absorbed all I was going to, the police didn't consider it important enough so...

I went on the offensive. I waited in my car... for hours on end until one of the little bastards would come through tearing up all hell. I chased them down, one by one over a period of months. I had a faster car and conviction, they never got away from me. And like Zimmerman, I always carry. Not for scaring stupid teenagers, but who knows what you will encounter even on a normal day.
After chasing them down one by one... and building more than a few snowmen near the road laced with concrete blocks, they came to the realization that the a-hole on the corner was just a little bit more crazy than they were and the BS stopped.

I guess the point is, I could have easily ended up in the same position as Zimmerman as would just about anyone here... I don't think anyone reading this would consider what I did as outrageous, and would most likely do the same. It's hard to blame Zimmerman for having the stones and the conviction to try to make his neighborhood a better place and that is the very thing the frenzy is trying to use against him. In their opinion, he should have just looked the other way and left the area. By not doing so, they want him hung for doing what he considered right and his duty as a resident in the neighborhood.

I just read another article which says there were 3 more witnesses and they spoke with the media today but I read one of the witness remarks and maybe I am reading it wrong
but first she call the victim a little boy and then in the article she says the boy was face down and was shot in the chest. If you are lying face down how would someone know the person is shot in the chest? here is an exerpt from the interview:

“One of the witnesses to the shooting also spoke to the media on Friday. Mary Cutcher says she was there the night of the shooting and does not believe Zimmerman was acting in self-defense.

“We were in the kitchen. I heard the crying. It was a little boy. As soon as the gun went off the crying stopped therefore it tells me it was not Zimmerman crying,” she said. “Immediately, we went out the sliding glass door and see Zimmerman over the body with his hands on the body.“

Cutcher said she first thought Zimmerman was applying CPR and putting pressure on Martin’s wounds. “Until later, when we realized he came off the body. We realized the boy was face down, his face was in the grass and his body was not in an upright position. He was shot in the chest and he was face down; therefore, he was not helping the kid.”

My advice to black parents (not that anyone will hear me) is stop giving your children f###ed up names that make them feel weird or special. Open up your Bible and you’ll find lots of good names for your baby.

#2— Tell your kids not to wear hoodies and down low trousers
#3— tell your children to respect the police and not act like beligerent arseholes

Facts have no place in this event. It’s progressed way too far too fast for the truth to matter.

That was my first thought as well.

I worked in Unity Bank & Trust, 416 Warren Street, Roxbury, Mass, in 1970.

62 employees, sixty treating Joyce on the posting machine and myself with respect though we were the minority.

Every day the toughs, "Hey! Watchoo doon awn mah shtreet! Hey! Come back here! Awm talkin' to you!"

When Nita told Audrey "some crazy (deleted) tried to rob Mr. Sneed's bank" I thought back to the employees' meeting:

Mr. Sneed, six-two, two-and-a-quarter of karate and weight-lifting Shaft-meets-Superfly told us:

"Sneed don't take no (stuff) from nobody, walkin' or ridin' slippin' or slidin'"--

All about respect and backing it up.

I had a reason to be on the street in the daylight walking on the sidewalk dressed for work in the bank.

Yet someone darting through a gated community in a hoody at night has to put the beat down on a challenger--

Gangsterism is promoted by the POTUS and his beard.

Show whitey, be all up in his grille.

Too bad Trayvon didn't have a forty-car convoy and a hundred agents carrying.

The bullhorns of Sharpton and the mobs marching with candles and martyr portraits are of no use for the attitude adjustment Trayvon obviously didn't need in the Bush years.

All hail Obama the demagogue, dancing to power in custom pumps on the corpses of his duped punks.

This witness will either: 1) disappear, 2) wake up to find he has a much larger bank account, as long as he takes a loooong undisclosed vacation, or 3) have his computer get confiscated by Holder’s FBI who will then discover a cache of child porn. By the time the rats get done with this guy he’ll never know what hit him. He is raining on their parade, big time.

A stalking case has to be built over a series multiple incidents. A person following another person does make a stalking case.

The dispatcher said “that’s not necessary”

The dispatcher has no legal authority.
There’s is lots of culpability or observed culpability to go around.

What bothers me, is that in the end this whole fiasco will not end in more understanding.
It will end in more BS laws to stop this one off scenario from occurring again.

We’ll ignore the real problems and crack down on the populous at large.
Particularly white folks that werent even involved.

Everybody gets sued, only the lawyers get rich and Trayvon is still dead.

Gosh, if the Gov could just wreck everybodys life... Zimmermans.. the dispathers .. the responding officer.. the Sheriff.. the DA....

Why is Holder involved in this?
