All it says is that Zimmerman was getting pounded, there was a bang, and Martin was dead.

That confirms Zimmerman's version of the story and is, likely, why police didn't arrest him.

Zimmerman is presumed innocent, though, and it doesn't appear it can be proven that he did.

Self-defense on the part of Martin doesn't give him the right to beat Zimmerman into a coma. At some point, Zimmerman had the right to save his own life even if he initiated the conflict.

If the witness's testimony holds, it will be very difficult to get a conviction. That, unfortunately, probably won't stop any riots that occur afterward thanks the the racial tension Obama and Democrats are stirring up.

Anyone notice that the MSM is running non-stop pictures of sweet, innocent 12 year old Trayvon, but you hardly ever see pics of Zimmerman.

Why? Because Zimmerman doesn't look in the least bit "white". If I met him, I'd immediately think he was Latino. If the media and race pimps want a "race war" it's going to end up Black vs. Hispanic, (bad for libs, not nice to piss off a big part of your base and lose Hispanics to the republican party) NOT Black v. White, (good for libs, helps keep Jesse and Al in clover and on TV).
