Amid the rush of loud outrage and vocal protest from the parents of Trayvon Martin and their supporters the silence of one character in this tragic tale has been deafening: George Zimmerman, the free man who shot Martin and alleges self-defense. His attorney, Craig Sonner, finally spoke out to Anderson Cooper last night, and had few answers but one accusation– his client has a broken nose and a laceration on his skull, and that was “an injury done by Trayvon Martin.”
Sonner noted to Cooper that his client seemed fine save for a “considerable bit of stress” natural to his situation, but admitted that “y conversations have been by telephone.” He did not know where Zimmerman was but assumed he was “still in the area” and hadn’t fled the country. He had surprisingly little to offer Cooper about the facts of the case; asked what Zimmerman had told him about what transpired the night Martin died, he said “he should have made a statement to police at the time, I believe he did,” and said he “did not discuss the details,” and they would be privileged even if he had.

Neighborhood watch is not stalking.
Actually at least one witness said it was the teen who was attacking and beating on Zimmerman.
I also heard the teen was on suspension from school and that this was far away from his house after 2 am in the morning in a neighborhood recently hit hard by crime.
Did the Martin’s know where there son was, give emission to be out like this and were they negligent prates?
Did this teen have a juvenile record?
New photo of Zimmerman as opposed to the 7yr old mugshot circulating. ...and New news his job is with a Company as a ‘Forensic loan review Analyst’.
It’s been stated 6 witnesses claim Zimmerman was about to get into his truck after Martin ran out of sight when Martin jumped him from behind...
That is BS. I have read all the witness statements and listened to the 911 calls. No one said they saw that. All of the witnesses' stories start when the screaming started.
So give us a link or take it back.
There is already enough misinformation on these threads -- we don't need more people making stuff up.

He wasn't ordered not to follow the suspicious individual.
He was advised they didn't need him to do that.

Can you envision any circumstance in which law enforcement
would advise a concerned citizen to follow a "suspicious" individual?
I can't.
I'd not be surprised if it's standard procedure to council against following a suspicious individual.
As helpful as it might be to the police to have the suspicious individual followed
in order that they would know where to find him,
it would leave them open to liability if, as MAY be the case here,
the suspicious individual was to attack and injure the concerned citizen.
I do not know when this was reported. It was conveyed publicly by an attorney for Martin’s family, and I assume it was also been given to the police. The attorney says the girl’s family wishes to remain anonymous (understandably.) Since the story does not contradict Zimmerman’s claim of self-defense - in fact, it tends to corroborate it to the extent that her account shows Martin initiating contact (verbal.)

I have made no insults whatsoever. I simply called BS on your assertion about the 6 witnesses (except I used the whole BS word.) Someone else got dinged by the mods for insults, not me.

They were nowhere near the SUV which was parked on the street. The incident happened on the footpath behind the buildings.
The armed guy, George Zimmerman (aka: the Zman on this thread) racially profiled Trayvon from the get-go. What was so suspicious about Trayvon’s behavior that he felt it necessary to call the police? How did he immediately come to the conclusion that Trayvon was up to no good and that he was on drugs or something? Was it because Trayvon was looking at the buildings as he walked past them? When George commented that ‘they always get away’, what did he mean? Did he assume that Trayvon was a robber because he was a person of color? Why did George mutter “f’ing c**n” when he exited his vehicle to run after Trayvon? Why did George originally agree to meet the police by the mailboxes, then request that they call him when they arrive at the complex, so he could give them his location? Why does everyone believe, without question, George's story that Trayvon attacked him. Does everyone also believe that George, who claimed to have a squeaky clean record, was the victim in all his domestic abuse incidents?

Please post any Florida statute that was violated by Zimmerman, and the evidence released to the public that supports probable cause Zimmerman violated it.

I’m sure your hearing is so much better than mine ... what did you hear him mutter after he exited the vehicle and began to run after the kid?
