DETROIT — A federal judge on Tuesday gutted the government’s case against seven members of a Michigan militia, dismissing the most serious charges in an extraordinary defeat for federal authorities who insisted they had captured homegrown rural extremists poised for war.
U.S. District Judge Victoria Roberts said the members’ expressed hatred of law enforcement didn’t amount to a conspiracy to rebel against the government. The FBI had secretly planted an informant and an FBI agent inside the Hutaree militia starting in 2008 to collect hours of anti-government audio and video that became the cornerstone of the case.

I was glad to see those militia members acquitted, based on the pre-fabricated facts of the case. I did not know that saying “Welcome To The Revolution” was a crime. I wonder if they will arrest Gary Busey for saying the same in the movie titled “Under Seige?”

At this point in time, It is not what is said, but who says it that is the crime. It is not what one does that is the crime, but who one does it to [as Zimmerman has learned the hard way]. The deciding factor whether or not one commits a crime depends if one is one of Holder’s ,and obama’s people or not. Again Zimmerman comes to mind. He is a light complected Jewish Pureto Rican who the media was able to paint as White so that the Hispanic Activists groups such as La Raza would not touch him, thereby leaving him to fend for himself.
They have served their purpose. The arrest was prosecuted not to protect the People— Nor the Nation -but to send a message to the masses. These citizens have served their purpose. Message sent— end of script.
Other than the ones that were arrested on trumpted uped charges, no. Don’t expect the media to be overjoyed about their release.

I am still amazed by the number of people we meet here who, upon learning my wife is from Michigan, approach her and ask “can you hook me up with the Militia?”
There are people in my area who looked at these Militia's "Web Postings" and shake their head in wonderment. They would never "advertise" their preparations... even issues as benign as storing food for emergencies.
Yes, I remember the Miami Florida media BREATHLESSLY reporting this story...and EMPHASIZING that these were WHITE PEOPLE.

And according to Holder in a speech in Chicago recently, “due process” does not necessarily mean a trial before a judge. The President can give you all the process that is due to you by reviewing your file.
More to the point, is that some persons may foolishly listen to a plant and go along with some potentially criminal enterprise. If the provocator was not there, they may not have thought of what the agent suggested. Mention is of Soviet Russia. It was in Russia that the tactic of provocation was widely used pre communism. It was to Siberia the unfortunates that were entrapped were sent. The communists became no slouches in this regard when they got power. Nor are the British police innocent in this business.
It has been jokingly suggested that so called "white supremicist" groups, have more FBI plants than actual members. What I am trying to say is that people have to beware of the stranger. Two years waiting time in custody, a sentence in itself.

The truth is that an FBI Obama cadre tried to get the Hutaree to engage in a fire fight. It didn’t happen, thanks to the regular Michigan Militia who warned the Hutaree.

I got a surprise on listening to our neigbours radio station yesterday. Mentioning the withdrawal of a guilty plea of an American local resident in court. This for his October last appearance in an Upper Michigan court.
I was able to get more details from the on-line Escanaba Daily Press. He is a 65 year old man,who is a builder around the Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan area. It is said he conveyed 4000 1bs of potential explosive material down the highway to Dafter, Michigan. He stored it in a person`s shed. The person is said to have informed authorities. (boys oh boys).
I can hardly think of a more tranquil enviroment that is the old highway passing by Dafter. Long since bypassed by the mammoth I 75 Interstate. Some talk of a terrible sentence that could be ten years. (Do not see that though). I do pray for the gentleman`s sake he can talk a good account. His lawyer already laying the basis for his defence. Trial is next month.
An informant wearing a wire..... turned him in.
