They should vote tomorrow and announce the decision tomorrow. The majority oppinion should be “This is unconstitutional” and leave it at that.
If they vote tomorrow the obama team will have until June to dig up dirt, black mail or kill a justice. I wouldn’t put anything past this bunch. The truth is all four of the conservative justices’ lives are in danger.
Exactly what went through my mind. Especially the part about lives being in danger. Why wait? Announce it...then write the opinion.
