I wouldn't doubt them trying.
At the rate they are going they may even try to push government run health care through the house and senate and actually think that it has a chance!
Not only is this about gun control, but, I believe its an effort to win the state of FL in the upcoming election. Why else would they focus on this rather than the shooting deaths that take place on a daily basis in Chicago.or other crime-ridden cities?
