Fox News & CNN are projecting Romney wins MD in their banners.
Santorum wasn't on the DC ballot.
Wisconsin polls close at 8pm CDT/9pm EDT.
It is Newt I care about. The republican party lost a great chance to elect a true conservative. I dont share that view on Rick Or Romney.
Actually, I think we have all gone a little nutty. We are realizing that we are going to be stuck with Romney and there isn’t a lot we can do about it. He is an empty suit with no message and a rerun of McCain, except he does have longer arms.
He also has more hair and it is well-styled. This might help garner more support with some of the ladies.
I was hoping this was all a bad dream but this morning, I woke up realizing that Mitt Romney will be the nominee and no amount of heavy drinking between now and November will change that.
So what am I going to do when I go to the voting booth in November and see only Romney and Obama on the ballot for president? Do I have the option of having a sharp needle poked in my eye?
Yep numbers can be spun many ways and often are. But there are many not voting for the other candidates either.

To me this says the voting populace isn't enamored by any of the candidates.
Actually, I have been around since 2004, previous username wolfman23507. I moved and terminated my contract with my ISP and lost my email. I forgot my password so I opened an account with a new username since I couldn’t access my old email for the “forgot password”. Nice try though. And I am not pushing an Obama victory. I hope whoever I vote for wins, but it won’t be Obama and will likely not be Romney either.

Same here. If people must know I was here since at least prior to May 9, 1998. Lost my college e-mail and have no idea what my earlir user id was. I’m not a Romney guy and never have been. Santorum guys need to get over themselves and stop blaming others on FreeRepublic, Newt and Palin for their own failures.
What else do you call a person who will not see what is directly in front of their own eyes? Palin was not forming state-level campaign organizations nor was she gathering the necessary signatures in each state to get on the ballot.
That information was right in front of the eyes of every Palin supporter. It was shouted from the rooftops. Yet, they did not believe it. They had faith that she’d run... and that was all that mattered.
And the level of attacks against those that pointed it out rivaled that of the Spanish Inquisition.
So what else would you call them? Informed citizenry? No, deluded fool is a more apt term.
And simply having faith that something will happen despite all evidence to the contrary is very much like a cult. Hence the reference to ‘worshipping at her altar’.
...Santorum is the ONLY man standing between us and Romney/Obama.
You all never let up....even though your Newt never got half the traction as Santorum.

The point is you all were not content to like and promote Newt...

Where were you when Santorum entered the race 12 months ago, and polled below 2% for 10 months straight? Oh, that's right, you were a Palin worshiper at the time. And your rants at us “Pagan Nonbelievers” were identical to what they

Republican Candidates could improve their Primary vote count by campaigning with the following idea:
Due to the FHA, Fannie and Freddie Bankruptcies of September, 2008, American home owners lost 30 % of the value of their homes. That is a 30 % cut in just one month. Home values are still down 30 %.
Thus, let us cut the total compensation to all elected Federal politicians, and their staffs by 30 %, and an additional 10 % cut to elected Federal politicians each year until Federal Spending is LESS THAN the average of the previous 2 years of Federal income.
BTW, since slightly less than half of the US House, and 2/3 of the US Senate are Millionaires, it will be a great opportunity for Congress to lead by example that EVERYONE should give up their “fair” share of the American Dream.
What better way can there be to demonstrate that Federal politicians are on the same page as the voters?

I will join you. Like Sarah said, “ANYBODY BUT OBAMA”. I’ve been checking around the internet and thankfully, unlike some here on FR, most will vote for the Republican candidate and try to defeat the Marxist that resides in the White House.
