Not to be argumentative but, you don't know that. Reagan selected some SCOTUS candidates who all appeared to be staunch conservatives and, as soon as they were approved to join the Court, turned into rabid liberals.

With Romney's Democrat and RINO roots, I wouldn't bet money on him making SCOTUS appointments that are any better than zero's.
