African Americans should kiss the ground they walk on (as should we all) that they are not in their sh*t-hole ancestral homes.

Keith Richburg, the black author of Out of America: A Black Man Confronts Africa (New York: Basic, 1997) expresses the same sentiment. Had their ancestors not been brought to the New World as slaves, the "reverends" Al and Jesse would probably today be living in tin shacks in the slums of Lomé, Porto Novo, or Bissau City.
