To hell with the GOP-e. Barring a miracle, they got their big government, unconstitutional mandate loving, socialist abortionist Obama-lite RINO on the ballot, they can now get him elected.

We are the resistance!!

Shove him down our throats today, we shove him up your donkeys in November!!

I can see November from my house!!

Where was Sarah Palin, Jim Demint, Mike Pence - when we really needed them?

Where were all these “conservative” leaders?

Where were they when we really needed someone to take the 2010 tidal wave of grass-roots conservatism in a real leadership role into 2012?

I pose these questions out of utter frustration for being left with the worst choice.

It's either four more years of BO or we can try and defeat him with someone who will probably do a better job even if he's not everything we had hoped for.

Even if he doesn't we will have at least sent the message that we will fire racist socialists.

O has to go. If The GOP nominated Bernie Madoff I'd vote for him.

The oligarchy is on somewhat public record

as admitting

that they have deliberately switched out DEMS AND GOP alternatingly

to give the sheeple, serfs, slaves

an impression of having a voice . . . and an impression that there was more than surface difference between the

chosen obviously evil bad-cop—the DEMS and the purported good-cop—GOP . . . both in the service of the satanic Marxist globalists.

I don’t like it either, but a third party vote or a write-in is a vote for Obama.

What are you trying to say pilgrim?

Anyway, I’m out of here.

Please keep your word.

Good riddance to you, one way, cry baby, Loser!

Primaries are always tough business around here, and how dare you talk to our Founder and Leader like you have!

Even Free Republic can't choose the GOP-E nominee, so obviously politics is too tough a business for you. I suggest you take up collecting sea shells for your next hobby, and don't let the door hit ya on the way out.

Long live Free Republic and our Founder and Leader, Jim Robinson!

GO NEWT!

ibtz, newbie. gonna be lots of you trolls here. you’ll apparently have lots of fans as you bash Mittens. *spit*

Hey, don't let the projection by the supporters of the lying, left-wing, Progressive Liberal Mitt Romney bother you.

There may come a day soon when Jim decides again to clean out the Romney trolls like he did just recently.

They're supporting a dead-man walking.

I can go on.

With Romney and Obama I have Bullshyt on a bun or Horseshyt on a bun.

I refuse to eat at those restaurants.

Sadly, we had no bonafide true conservative leader to support and unify around in these primaries, and the result is what it is. No real conservatives stepped up to the plate when it really mattered.... Sarah Palin, Jim Demint, Mike Pence.

Hello Jim, I’ve been a lurker and a fan for many years and I registered so I could post in this thread.

I live in a country (the UK) where the “conservative” choice supports gay marriage, socialised healthcare and the “right” of unions to make domestic labour almost prohibitively costly to employers.

I emphasize that this is the “conservative” candidate (David Cameron.)

Romney might seem like a decent option when compared with Obama, but my country - a surveillance state in which the use of “reasonable force” in defending your life and property was only made official policy a couple of years ago - is a prime example of what happens when you compromise your principles and start rationalising voting for the lesser of two evils.

I lived in the US for nearly 15 years and I’m not alone in believing it is a beacon of genuine freedom and liberty. I’m not trying to tell people to “stay home”.. mostly because I don’t want to be labeled as a troll.. but the country where I live is a prime example of what happens when good people don’t draw the line in the sand and stick by it.
